This was our first stop after a 4 hour drive. Delicious food all around and very accomodating to our kids.

The food was hot and well prepared. Nice waitresses. I had two eggs, crispy bacon, raisin bread toast, and hot crispy potatoes.

Typical diner type meals and anytime breakfast. It is always clean. The food is usually quite good and the service is always great.

Absolutely bussin beyond reasonable doubt. All the lady's who serve tables are so sweet. I came here all the way from long island on my way up north and I am beyond satisfied. This is what a diner is supposed to be. 10/10. I have planters warts but nobody in there needs to know that. My Asian girlfriend would love this place.

Whenever we are in Bath and looking for great food at dinner prices with great staff, The Galley is our go to spot. The owner works hard every day and so do the other members of the staff. There is a reason the locals eat there because they know that they are going to get a great meal for the right price.

I like diners, and this one was friendly, fast and priced well. Service was super quick and I never had to wait for a coffee refill.

We, my wife and I, love the food and the cooks and the helpers , it’s like a family reunion every time we go there.

I recently had the opportunity to hold a free Easter basket book raffle at the local restaurant “The Galley”, Bath, ME. The Galley’s owner and staff were excited and supportive of show casing the “Sold Soul” book. This book cornerstones the cause of domestic abuse awareness and can’t be found on Amazon. The outcome was a success. I am grateful.

My family and I have been dining at The Galley since I was a child. The food was made with fresh ingredients and the taste is exceptional. One of my favorites is the hash and cheese omelette that I inhale. It is served with their hand cut crispy home fries (mine with onions) and raisin . I cannot forget the endless cup of coffee that is served by their attentive staff who is always keeping an eye on an empty cup.

You will always find the service is impeccable along with the ambiance of warmth and welcoming feeling one gets when entering their door. The staff greets you with a smile every time. It is a perfect way to start your day whether it be breakfast or lunch (try the haddock sandwich). The prices are reasonable, food top notch and excellent service.

Greasy spoon; the kind you have to go to. Good pancakes. Great onion rings.
They also have a special beef quesadilla that's just incredible.
Partner said their homemade chicken fingers are the best they've had

It is exactly what it looks like: a small low key diner with excellent coffee and delicious basic diner fare. They had me at hand cut fries. Breakfast was unavailable in the afternoon when I went for staffing reasons but the haddock was excellent and below market prices. The four people running the place were incredible! I grew up in a diner and the coffee and atmosphere were like a time machine, it brought a tear to my eye. Highly recommend!
