We have found the food to be very inconsistent. We ordered very clearly and repeated are order on the phone We ordered chicken pad Thai and got some chicken fried rice that was so blan with clumps of rice that were still cold and not even stir fried in no onion hardly or egg. Called them back to tell them the order was wrong and they said it was what was ordered. I have never ordered chicken fried rice in my life time . We will avoid ordering from here again.

Amazing restaurant run by amazing people!! The food is great and everyone who works there is super kind. It’s been years since I lived in Bath and I STILL think about Jade Lotus frequently. Would recommend 1000 times, definitely a must try!!

Wonderful family. Great food.Vegetarian options: Yummy!Dietary restrictions: They'll work with you. Peanuts are in some dishes there though.Parking: Lots of parking. Never a problem.Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the family. They're a family owned and operated restaurant. They do a lot of takeout, so you won't have trouble getting a couple of tables to put together. (Call them first if you have a big group.) ALL their food is rrally good. Kids will love the appetizers and fried rice.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jade Lotus in Bath, Maine, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was cautious about trying a restaurant that offers a diverse range of cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Filipino. However, from the delicious lumpia to the flavorful lemon chicken, every dish was a delightful surprise. My wife was particularly impressed with the crab rangoon, claiming it to be the best she's had in a long while, if not ever. The service was outstanding; even though we ordered takeout just 20 minutes before closing, the staff was friendly and efficient. The lumpia, in particular, was a standout dish, perfectly capturing the essence of the restaurant's diverse culinary expertise. In short, Jade Lotus is a gem in Bath, offering delicious food that's enjoyable in every language.

Today I ordered vegetable lo mein and Teriyaki strips, I typically order the same thing and it is usually very good but today, There was no brown sauce with the lo mein and the teriyaki strips were very dry. Such a big disappointment.?

Best restaurant meal we've had in Bath. Crispy, tasty general Tso's chicken. And poncit bihon, what a nice surprise. It's a bit out of the way on the south side of hiway 1, but worth finding them.

Oh, dear. This used to be our favorite Chinese place north of Portland and south of Rockland, but our takeout tonight was BAD. Like, real, real bad. They don't even know how to fold a dumpling. Look at this "shrimp shumai." Clearly, the folks in the kitchen have no idea what they are doing when it comes to Chinese food. Yikes. Bummer.

They are always so pleasant, and the food is fantastic! It consistently tastes fresh. I am so happy I gave them a try. Their dining room is small but clean. I generally do takeout. Their vegetable soup is very yummy.

Got the rice bowl with jasmine rice and stir fried chicken teriyaki, cooked perfectly, very good flavor, best teriyaki Ive tasted. Chicken was cooked perfectly as well, and I’m usually picky with chicken especially through take out. Was very impressed, everything I got had great flavor.

Normally this place is great, tonight the food was terrible, the Lomein was dry and tasted old, the chicken fingers were mushy on the inside and seemed undercooked. I ordered fried wontons and received wonton chips. I called to try and clear up the issue and they kept telling me, I ordered the wrong item. I’ve ordered this item multiple times before and never had an issue. So I went back to the menu to see if I ordered the wrong thing and there was only one option for fried wontons. Very poor service tonight.
