Never thought id be given better quality service at a McDonald’s than I have been at other places recently. Bonnie the manager is wonderful. She took care of me and my needs immediately no questions asked hassle free. What a wonderful example of a professional working for a fast food company to show the next generation of fast food service workers the way customer service should be. The white girl with the afro at the front the store was talking about how she doesn’t shower and hates her mom. After this j watched her make my meal and it made me feel very uncomfortable. She was also just very rude to us and it looked like she was whistling with us.

Drive thru only was open. When I paid, I was told to get my receipt at the 2nd window. At the 2nd window, I got my soda, and I was told to get my receipt at the 3rd window. When he brought me my food and I asked about my receipt, I was told I should have already gotten it. He left to see if he could get it. 8 minutes later, he hadn't come back, and we discovered that we didn't get the sauce to go with the McNuggets. We had to circle around and get back in line and wait for the 2nd window to open. The kid who gave us the food was there, and it took another 5 minutes to get the receipt and sauce. By now, the McNuggets were cold, and we asked for hot ones. The manager came and said we had to give them the cold ones to get hot ones. They have to throw them out anyway and could have let us keep them for all the inconvenience, but they didn't. At least the fries were hot. Lousy service and attitude!!

McDonald's you need to schedule more than 1 person at night time. Your terrible to your employees. Waited in the drive through more than 20 minutes and only saw 1 employee scrambling around inside. Cherry topper they just got 2 giant bus loads drowning that person in more work than they can handle.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I went here today @ 930 pm 12/29 got two burgers and they were nasty tasting very disgusting. Made me sick to my stomach. Gross I won't be going anywhere near you for awhile

They served completely cold limp hashbrowns. No excuse for this. They literally can cook in minutes, have a mandatory hold time to prevent this from happening, but obviously they did not care to follow servsafe rules. When places like this ignore these food safety policies and regulations they put every single customer at risk for serious food borne illness. So while you may think this is a minor issue it actually is a major food safety infraction.
