Its McDonald's i live the staff here they are always friendly . But lately food has been so messy over sauced and impossible to eat on the go this is one of the past few visits its great I don't have any desire to eat here anymore.

nasty store trash everywhere, the chick literally was kicking trash just walking over to me in front counter. i came in bc i didn’t get my sauces and then she told me i needed to pay for them…. i repeated i had just came thru the drive thru and didn’t get any and went to go ask the lady handling drive thru if she had given me sauces or not. I am a current worker at mcdonald’s, as well as i’ve done it in the past, and i have not seen a worse mcdonald’s in my life. rude people, cold rubbery food and disgusting place i wish i took a photo

for the past two times i have came to this local mcdonalds i have had the worst experience possible. People come here for food, not to be bullied by some random at a window. I came to this mcdonalds with my two brothers and one of my brothers who drives, had knew the highschool girl at the window who gave us our food. This girl had took one look at my other brother in the passenger seat and made fun of him for his weight and what he had ordered BOTH times we have came here. This is extremely disrespectful considering nobody knows what goes on in other peoples lives. I hope this gets fixed. Sadly, I didnt get her name but hope this makes you rethink who you hire.

So normally things go well here but not this time I did an online order as I always I got a couple sandwiches and a large fry with 3 sweet and sour and 6 ranches but when I got to the window and got my bag of food I only had two ranches so I asked to have more and they said they can only give me one more for free and then the rest would cost money. Tell me why it cost money to get sauces now but on the app its free. And on top of that my burger had cheese when I specifically said no cheese.

Never thought id be given better quality service at a McDonald’s than I have been at other places recently. Bonnie the manager is wonderful. She took care of me and my needs immediately no questions asked hassle free. What a wonderful example of a professional working for a fast food company to show the next generation of fast food service workers the way customer service should be. The white girl with the afro at the front the store was talking about how she doesn’t shower and hates her mom. After this j watched her make my meal and it made me feel very uncomfortable. She was also just very rude to us and it looked like she was whistling with us.
