I ordered some decent summer rolls with peanut sauce, but all of the main courses I inquired about utilized sauce with fish sauce included, and which apparently could not be omitted. I instead chose vermicelli with tofu and skipped the sauce because it’s not vegan… And I was served a bowl of warm, plain vermicelli with fried tofu on top and no flavor and it was weird. There are some vegetarian options labeled on the menu, but not anything specifically for vegans.

The lady owner is the sweetest I’ve ever met. She brought my bowl of pho over with the biggest radiant smile and asked if I love pho. Of course I do, and her’s is one of the best and with freshest of the broth. My family and I always enjoy either dining in or takeout from red envelope and their food is alway top notch, with that homey feel. Definitely recommended.

Online ordering is confusing and too complicated/extremely easy to order something you don’t want or think is something that you want but is something entirely different. No offer to fix or try and make things right when I brought this to their attention. They just kept repeating no refund I didn’t want a refund I wanted an offer to correct the issue (remake the food and take the untouched food back). Pretty unfortunate because I spent almost $70 on this order and I had heard good things about the place…

This is the best pho I have had since exploring the meal. As a pho lover I’m always looking for a good broth with so much flavor and Red envelope over satisfied my cravings. The service was 1000/10 and I got to meet the cook. This pho was made with so much love. You should stop by if you are in the area. My husband loved the chilli sauce on the table. I’ll be returning to get some pho and friedrice before we hit the road.
Please don’t waste your money here. Portions are so small, it’s laughable. Paid close to 17$ and all I got was 3 tiny slivers of meat and some noodles. Barely filled me up.

My favorite place to eat whenever I visit Bath. I usually come here 2-4 times in the week I'm here; the pho is so full of flavor, and their salad and summer rolls are so refreshing and delicious. Make it a priority to come here, the ladies in the kitchen are very kind and make amazing food!
