A true Italian delight in a small two store front in Bath. I love it and truly can’t appreciate it enough. Amazing espresso! Delicious desserts. Can’t go wrong!

Stumbled upon maybe the best sandwich in the U.S. in a cute cafe/bakery/Gelateria.

Great bakery with delicious pastries. Nice interior with limited seating but they do have outdoor seating too. Very busy at breakfast so the coffees can be a little slow as there is normally only one barista. Worth the wait though.

The absolute best!! Most authentic (because it is!) Italian baked goods! My favorite place for fresh treats of all kinds— my favorite being pistachio cornetti 💚 I also love sampling whatever new items are in rotation, never disappoints! top notch quality and true talent.. from one passionate baker to another, thank you for bringing your talent to us! We are so lucky to have Solo Pane!

Panettone is very dry. Tried to orders Yule log and no one knew what I was talking about. Bought a pizza and it was packaged cut up and heaped into a cake box all piled on top of cut pieces. Tasted good but why don’t they even have a normal pizza box?

9$ dollar slice of cold, sad Pizza. Flies landing on all of the uncovered baked goods, WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. a frozen pizza would be a better choice. ( I recommend keep walking if you consider trying first time.)

Solo Pane in Bath made our wedding day unforgettable with their exceptional baked goods and warm, family-oriented service. From our very first conversation, the entire team—Simone, his father, and his stepmother—were all in communication with us to ensure they delivered exactly what we envisioned. It truly felt like working with family. They cared deeply about every detail, and their dedication was evident in the final results.

Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined what they provided us with on our wedding day. The fresh, warm bread they baked for our tables received endless compliments from our guests, setting a welcoming tone as they arrived. The finger desserts were equally spectacular, offering a wide range of delicious options that had everyone raving.

Our wedding cake, though, was the true masterpiece. After a cake tasting that felt more like a luxurious event—where we tried and took home three absolutely stunning cakes to share with our family—Simone and his team delivered the perfect cake for us. It was everything we dreamed of and more. After the wedding, all we could think about was diving into the leftover cake the next day, and it did not disappoint!

Solo Pane is as authentic as it gets—transporting you straight to Italy, right here in Maine. We couldn’t be more grateful to Simone and his family for making our wedding day even more special with their passion and artistry.

I order a large sundae for about $9, my boyfriend got a "Rachel" which I believe was a roasted turkey and cheese, which was about $12. Kinda pricey...nothing special... Probably not going to return again.

Food was fine, nothing special and kinda pricey. The fillings are skimpy compared to what we were accustomed to in Italy, but at least they weren’t greasy. I got an almond cornetto and it was kind of dry. My daughter’s cinnamon one was fine. The chai latte is not good, but at least it was only $5, my daughter rated her tiny $5 hot chocolate a 6/10 which is pretty bad for her since she likes anything chocolate.

Staff was rough. My daughter and I were the only people in there and were asked multiple times what we wanted even though we kept saying we were trying to decide. At one point a staff person overheard my daughter talking to me about what she was deciding between, grabbed one(she hadn’t decided or asked for one yet) and then asked us if we wanted anything else. I told her my daughter hadn’t even decided which pastry she wanted and the woman was visibly irritated. My daughter then ultimately did decide that that was the one she wanted and felt uncomfortable telling the woman. Honestly uncomfortable best describes the entire experience here. For $7/cornetto just give us 5 minutes to decide what we want. There was absolutely nobody behind us and no reason to rush.

I literally plan my hours long trips around making sure I can get to this bakery at least once. Their pastries are exceptional. If you know good quality pastries, this is the place to go! Their coffees and bread are great, too.

Walked into this cozy coffee shop after a rough night of sleeping in a campground. The pouring rain sent us looking for warm coffee in a real mug. We were warmly greeted by the staff and in particular Emily who was friendly and helpful. We were able to regroup there with delicious hot coffee and a ham and cheese croissant (and my husband had savory scone). Highly recommend.
