Walked in there were four people ahead of me and two people working, however it was really only one person working while the other did nothing. My husband and I just wanted to grab a quick lunch and ended up leaving along with two other customers. It took the one person so long to make one sandwich and instead of the other employee jumping in to take others orders they just sat there. Will not be back to this location!

They don’t accept Subway coupons!?!?!?! at Subway??!! Extremely rude lady working, pretty sure she’s full time, this is the third time I’ve run into her, and every time I go in, she is very unpleasant to deal with, this is the last time I’ll ever go there again. Way too much competition around to waste time and money at this place.

Both bath and cooks corner are awful. They take your order online confirm and take your money. You go to pick your order up and guess what. The locations both are locked and no one answers the phones. This is the second time they have done this! Not impressed.

Best part of this Subway is the employee named Kaylie, she’s very funny and makes a killer sandwich. Most fast food employees are burnt out and rude, not her!

Honestly the customer service I’ve received from the guy with the arm tattoos who’s always wearing a hat has been bad, he gave me an attitude and said that I was “15 minutes early” (I mobile ordered my sandwich) my sandwiches are always ready to pick up when I get there, not even a big deal if it wasn’t ready. On top of the poor customer service they’ve ignored instructions several times this week and haven’t had any of the drinks that I’ve paid for available. Wasn’t going to say anything but the service I received today really wasn’t acceptable.

Wildly unsanitary location. Literally watched an employee swipe underneath her runny nose IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING A SANDWICH for the person in front of me. I’ve watched an employee ring someone up with their gloves on and not change out the gloves before making another sandwich. The greetings are usually lukewarm but even more so like I’m bothering them. I now pay $2 more for a former sandwich from next door and I don’t mind one bit.

Failed to fulfill online orders, refused to refund money to my card and offered a check instead. Unable to refund subway points used as well and the franchise owner told me to go to the store and get the money back that way. Will never go here again.
