First-time visitors, and were very happy with it. Got a couple of large pizzas, planning on leftovers and neither disappointed. A major test of pizza is its next-day cold appeal, and these two passed completely.\n\nGood chow. We definitely will be back.
Maine is one of the best places in the world to live! But pizza….. we have lived in US pizza Mecca so maybe we are too demanding. Five plus years of living in the area and trying everything only to suffer disappointment! Dry, mushy and flavorless crust, along with blah sauce and skimpy toppings are the area norm. Half our family equation also is limited to gluten free crust and non dairy cheese which moves the likelihood of pizza success around here to near zero.

My wife and I recently moved up from Southern ME to a neighboring town of Belfast. Since then we’ve been on the hunt for the best pizza around and we found that recently with Bowen’s. Endlessly foldable with cheesy goodness all backed by a nice thin crust and tasty sauce to match. I will be going back there again as soon as possible (aka probably tomorrow)!
