I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your candy store. The service I received from an employee was notably unpleasant during my visit. Her demeanor was rude and brash, which negatively impacted my overall shopping experience. I hope you will address this issue to ensure better customer service for future patrons. The employee's name was Heaven.

We love the atmosphere here! The shakes are amazing. I’ve been twice this weekend and I have been treated very well by the owners! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends
Overpriced for what you're getting and the candy isn't that good

So disappointed- we’ve been coming here for YEARS and getting milkshakes in the cool old-timey glasses at the counter. This year, we were informed by the extremely unpleasant girl at the register, that it’s no longer allowed : ( I guess it’s fine if policies change, but she was so incredibly rude about it. The other folks working seemed sweet, but the milkshakes were absolutely terrible, overpriced at $7.99 and basically a cup full of solid ice cream? Not drinkable….My kids gave up and ended up tossing them. Won’t be coming back.
It was a hot and humid Wednesday in September. We were thirsty and were drawn to the Chocolate Drop Candy Shoppe by the "fresh lemonade" sign out front. We were the only ones in there and sat at the bar while we watched a young man make our fresh-squeezed lemonade. It totally hit the mark! The shop is reminiscent to a mid-century soda shop. There were many sweet treats from that era as well as more modern treats. I will go back!
The two young people that were working there today (9/30/23) had zero personality, acted like they didn’t want to be there, didn’t thank anyone. I overheard other customers making same comment. Store was busy, ice cream “ok”
Quaint little shoppe with classic candy and ice cream. The candy selection isn't massive but had enough of a variety to choose from for purchase. We didn't get ice cream but saw someone walk out with a massive, delicious looking ice cream cone! Server was friendly and helpful.

A throwback to the 70s? a cool and fun candy soda and ice cream shop right in then heart of Belfast Maine.
Visited today, 8/11/23, ordered a NY egg cream & it was horrible. Anything needing seltzer water was FLAT... They should know better & shouldn't be serving drinks that needed seltzer. Wasted $5.00 & threw drink.out....
The limeade was okay but the fountain soda tasted horrible.
Delicious, super creamy ice cream. Old school ice cream counter. Cute place.
Great service and large selection
