I'd give zero stars if I could. Not worth spending your money here. Unprofessional. Not clean. How can you have so many fruit flies in a business that handles and serves food? Not a pleasant experience at all.

My kids and I just moved to Swanville from Tennessee and we were recommended this spot. Shay was just a peach and it felt like home again. Although, I will not be returning as another young lady treated us with disrespect that I didn't expect from such a nice community. She did not pay attention to the counter and clearly doesn't respect customers. If it was possible to avoid her at any cost, I'd happily do so.

I visited with my brother's because I have a major sweet tooth only to find out that the owner was treating his employees very disrespectfully and that its not just him but others. There was one who was very sweet but I forgot their name but the other one heaven I couldn't, just rude I won't be returning.

The large, rude man child at Chocolate Drop Candy Shop tried to charge $14 for old jelly beans and was rude to my wife because she needed help finding something while he stood there stuffing his face with ice cream. Not welcoming at all. Maybe learn how to talk to customers and clean the place up with all the free time you have. Sorry you are a grown man working at a candy store.. He verbally harassed her and said “bite me” in front of the young girl working there. My family won’t be going back.

I love this place! Steve and Shay are awesome. Great energy and a great atmosphere. 50’s style barstool and counter setup. Ice cream, shakes, candy and fountain sodas + a multi flavor bottled soda selection. Great place, come support the love and energy here.
I stopped into today while walking down town, didn't know this cute shop existed until we popped in. I got a delicious old fashioned soda, some gummies and a peice of Butterscotch Sea Salt Fudge and left. We went to get a bite to eat and on the way tried to fudge and needless to say, I went back in after getting my food and bought the remainder of the slab! I highly recommend trying everything here and will be back for fudge and a milkshake.
