I requested a “Stranger Things” themed birthday cake and was told they didn’t have anything specific in that style, so I asked if they could simply give it a Stranger Things vibe using red and black. When my husband brought the cake home, I was absolutely thrilled! They clearly thought into it and created the perfect design. I’m not sure which employee made this cake, but you truly knocked it out of the park! 10/10

I like the food, but every time I ask for ranch it’s bad. Someone told me that it just seems that way cause it’s house made, but when I try it it’s definitely gone bad, I’ve had it at other DQ’s and it was completely different and not expired

I ordered a DoorDash the order didn’t come so we canceled the order and ordered a new mobile order. DoorDash refunded the money to us, we go to get our fresh mobile order and it’s still the DoorDash sitting there so my fiancée asked about it and showed the woman the receipt and the time and DoorDash words on it and she dismissed him and said this was made fresh. It in fact wasn’t made fresh the receipt has the time on it but she just gave us another receipt and threw the other one away that said door dash. Now I’m eating food that was made over an hour ago when I made a whole new mobile order to get fresh food. I don’t blame them for the door dasher not bringing our food, but not listening to the customers and dismissing them just because you think you’re right. I’ve worked in fast food it’s hard but in this case she was wrong and there was proof with the time stamps on the receipt and quality of food. And my pretzels are ice cold.

Typical D.Q., overpriced food, horrible service, Food tucked. Went there because it was open, hoping for something decent to eat. Nope! Got a cheeseburger and a chicken strip dinner. The burger had a stale bun and so many condiments you couldn't taste it, and the chicken was hard, must have been hanging around for a while. Definitely won't be going back here

Typically I enjoy eating here. However, my meal today (5/30/25) was terrible. The burgers were barely warm, way way way too much condiments and my orange creamsicle shake was vanilla. Was already headed to our destination so I couldn’t go back and throw a stink fit.
