I was visiting my sister, Veronica and we ate at this wonderful restaurant twice because I LOVED it! The classic margaritas are thee best! I had nachos and so , so good! Enough to share! The shrimp tacos were amazing! It is a cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere and such good customer service. Jessie, Jake, and Kate are all so friendly! I can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic place to get great drinks and great food
You just gotta love a place that knows exactly what it is doing and does it very well. Dos Gatos is mostly tacos and tequila, mostly on the spicy side, and definitely prepared and served by true professionals. The atmosphere is kind of like a hunting lodge crossed with a tattoo parlor, dark and intimate, not exactly quiet and fancy, but definitely not loud or divey either. The small menu is deceptively deep; order your drink quickly because choosing from the apps and tacos isn't easy. The duck tamarind, carne guisada, ceviche special, and spicy margaritas were all loved, as was the service and the atmosphere.

Cool goth-ish, dark vibe (It's in a basement). Reminded me of a back alley bar in NOLA. Excellent, fast service. Duck tamarind tacos are something to behold.

Just ate here last night and the food was incredible! We ate the shishito peppers for an app and had the carnitas and chicken tinga tacos. A serving of 3 tacos is more than enough for one person! They fill the tortillas (homemade and delicious, btw) with a hefty amount of whatever meat or veggie option you choose. The toppings are perfect additions and balanced well! I can’t recommend this place enough!
