I enjoy all of your products especially the Salmon Trim. It’s well made and at a good price most of the time. But, l must say, I tried your Cracked Pepper and Garlic Trim and was very disappointed. There’s waaaaaay too much pepper that really throws off the flavor of the salmon. I’m sorry to say I threw the package out after trying it. I spent over $11.00 for it and was reluctant to throw it out. I will continue to buy the Salmon Trim as my wallet allows. Michael Knight, USCG Ret.
I like the cold smoked salmon on a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a little thinly sliced onion. Have never tried the other products but would like to try the smoked trout.
I like the Salmon but not the other products
Just discovered the cream style herring. Delicious. Thanks
Wild caught salmon with sugar? It is very hard to find any food that is not coated in sugar and this salmon is no exception. I don't ever remember catching fish that had sugar in them. Why go through the all that trouble to catch a superfood and then coat it in poison? Sugar is fertilizer for cancer.
very tasty, very good smoked salmon.
Found at my local Aldi the lightly smoked fresh salmon portion. Delicious smoked flavor and goodness of salmon
Always loved this smoked salmon, but the last few times I've bought it, it's been impossible to separate the pieces without them turning to mush, all stuck together and very fragile, and I've had to trim so much gray fat from it that it's almost as bad as buying the trim. That layer has all the mercury residue in it and shouldn't be consumed. For the price, this should not be the case. And it's kind of sad that they make sure that is hidden in the package, so you don't see it until you actually take the fish out of the package. What is going on with this?
Didn't visit the store, but bought one of their products at a local grocer. Item was unevenly cut and not cut all the way through, once I did manage to get it apart all was left was small shreds. I understand things go wrong with the manufacturing process, but dont pass off your garbage to the customer at full price, it's just bad practice.

When I owned an Italian seafood restaurant in Bar Harbor maine one of my most popular appetizers vwas a smoked fish pate that was made with Ducktrap smoked trout. If a previous reviewer thought it was dry and salty. Blame Wholefoods. Not Ducktrap.I've bought it in Maine( Hannaford) and Florida (Publix)and it's always great.
Love it great place to work people are super nice and easy to get along with

I bought the smoke trout pate at my local co-op today and it was completely inedible; terribly dry and grotesquely salty. I love fish dip, but this was really, really, really bad.
Ditch the farm raising...not healthy, not quality at all....
