Placed a drive thru order and when I went to pick up the order up the manager who was working the drive-through window, said there was no such order that I must’ve got the wrong store. I showed her I ordered from 22 Belmont Ave. she looks around and says we don’t have the order you’ll have to go on. We don’t have your order. I said you have my order. She said no we don’t. It hasn’t come through yet. I said impossible. I gave her my order number 186. She says we’re already on 194. I said then you have my order she went and looked the third time finally came back after five minutes of arguing with me trying to get me to leave and walk away from my $12 plus order and had it. It had been sitting there all along I said in frustration, you guys really need to get your act together she says don’t come back then we don’t need your business. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I went back to get her name. She refused to give me her name the workers around her protected her. She hid around the corner so I couldn’t get a picture. This place is a joke if I was the owner I d fire this rude obnoxious lady you don’t treat customers this way I didn’t treat her rudely. I wasn’t angry. I just said you really need to get your act together and she copped a major attitude when it was all her problem and failure but I will take your advice and not patronize this location ever again.

Coffee is always great but thats about it. I ordered a bacon grilled cheese. What I got was a cold, bacon egg and cheese croissant with some weird mystery sauce. I took one bite and spat it out, horrible. Service is usually great when they aren't arguing with each other.

Just went here a 6pm to pick up an order. Doors were already locked, and could visibility see the employee doing the closing prep. Went through drive thru to get the pre-ordered donuts, waited 5 minutes in drive thru even even though we were the only customer, only to be told they were completely out of donuts. How does a donut shop run out of donuts, and then continue to allow customers to order them? This location needs a new closing staff.
Absolutely the worst dunkin' donuts I've been to ever. Of the five times I've ordered curbside only once has it actually been delivered to my vehicle and I didn't have to go in for it. There were line crews there who had ordered for 30 people and they had a total of two people working in the restaurant. Those two people were slow and all they did was run around and complain about how much they love their job. My food was cold and disgusting.

Was jonesing for a Dunkin but after going here I had to remind myself why I don't really like Dunkin. All my donuts were thrown in a bag instead of a box so my Boston creme donuts got their chocolate all over the other donuts. Just lovely. They weren't wrapped and it was a complete mess.I ordered from the pick up kiosk and the person who arrived 10 minutes after me got her order before me and hers was a larger order..if they have a system they need to follow it better.The coffee was bland and didn't taste like much.If I'm gonna go off the healthy eating ranch I won't be going to Dunkin. I don't understand why's it such a big thing here in New England.
