I love Dunkin BUT I don't usually take note of exceptional staff. We sat in the restaurant and noticed consistent brilliant staff behaviours like praising each other, enthusiastic genuine conversation with customers and a lot of care. It was clean and our breakfasts were good. When our baby was crying, they brought over a doughnut hole, a small token that made a massive difference. We were seriously impressed with this particular location.

Service person was emptying the trash when we arrived and then proceeded to come around the counter to wait on us. She never washed her hands. Do they train the staff on proper protocols!!!

Overall love This Dunkin’s- visit daily , as I don’t have many options in my area. However sometimes the coffee ain’t always way you order it , really depends on who’s working. But the normal afternoon/evening crew are fantastic! That’s usually when I go through and the older gentlemen is fantastic!! Patient , fast , understanding and friendly!

I always go here because it's close by but going to be taking my business elsewhere gave one to may chances there always moody they don't listen to what you order this was the last straw re made my drink because I paid 10$ for a double shot in my lattee they forgot witch wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't almost 3 extra dollars for it! Then to top it off i ordered a dunkalattee the person at the counter should know that putting it in as a lattee will result in a drink with whole milk instead of the coffee milk witch is a big difference taste wise so needless to say I ended up with a remade drink omce again and still wasn't right because the person at the front counter didn't listen or didn't care to take the time to look for the correct button so my re made drink was still not correct!!
This Dunkin on Belmont Street is poorly set up. We did not order anything. We walked out. No baked goods.

Used to be a good place now it's going down hill fast! staff has no clue how to make coffee,food,ext, prices of things are never the same so you know someone down the line is taking off the top. You give and order and get the worst "attempts" at making it but still have to go back and make it again for the 3rd time. Too many inexperienced kids serving people there food and drinks.if you want America runs on dunkin to stay then I'd hire a whole new crew because your about to loose all customers at the Belfast sight
