We tried Laan-Xang's Laotian dishes here - the larb & Lao fish pocket. The dishes were beautifully presented, felt authentic, made with fresh ingredients and flavorful. Although we're not shy from fish sauce, sometimes Southeast Asian food can taste strong on the fish sauce & fermentation. We felt like this place nails it perfectly to show off native flavors in an approachable way for Westerners. Love seeing a diverse offering thrive in this small community!...
My first time having Sai Ghock (sausage) -- amazing flavor and texture. The Lao fish pocket was also flavorful.
There is no bathroom in the restaurant, but there is a public bathroom down the hill across the street.
