Stopped on the way home from work last night to get dinner. 5 cars through the drive thru in about 2 minutes. Fasted we have ever seen that drive thru move. Got home, wife and I ate, within the hour both of us had food poisoning as well as our daughters bf who works with us and was a couple of cars in front of us. Looks like they've been saving burgers that have been sitting in the warmers all day long because they know they get a rush half hour before closing because of ours and other local businesses close around that time. Entire night shift working Fridays closing shift should be fired immediately and I will be contacting the health department because this is a recent trend here since that night shift took over.

Blonde lady that works there super rude, disrespectful, poor customer service and would not let me have extra meat on a burger, stating it was not something McDonald’s does. LOL.
I typically use the mobile app for the great savings and pick up my order curbside. Out of the Mc D's locations that I frequent, the Belfast location gets the order right the first time 9 out of 10 visits. The inside & outside at this location have been recently renovated. Also, everything i observed during my recent visits was all in proper order. I have to say though, I do miss the self-serve Ketchup/BBQ/S&S station.

Theme is grey and depressing, waited 10 minutes in the drive through line to move forward 2 car lengths before i parked and went inside where i waited literally another 45 minutes to get nuggets that tested like they were several days old and had been microwaved 3 times and some stale garbage fries. Not worth the wait, not worth the time, this is has been the case in belfast for over a year now
