This was the second best McDonalds in Maine but now it’s the most inconsistent lazy and forgetful restaurant in the state I’d rather drive to bucksport

I typically use the mobile app for the great savings and pick up my order curbside. Out of the Mc D's locations that I frequent, the Belfast location gets the order right the first time 9 out of 10 visits. The inside & outside at this location have been recently renovated. Also, everything i observed during my recent visits was all in proper order. I have to say though, I do miss the self-serve Ketchup/BBQ/S&S station.

Theme is grey and depressing, waited 10 minutes in the drive through line to move forward 2 car lengths before i parked and went inside where i waited literally another 45 minutes to get nuggets that tested like they were several days old and had been microwaved 3 times and some stale garbage fries. Not worth the wait, not worth the time, this is has been the case in belfast for over a year now
Service was straight dog shit they argued the whole time and we waited almost 15 minutes to order the employees suck get new ones or better yet hire me

For years we have all known that the McDonald's in Belfast charges far more for their food than most McDonald's in my travels. Today was just one of those days where I didn't want to take it anymore. I literally just saw an advertisement for a $5 meal deal and you get to choose one of two options for $5. Unless you go to Belfast, then its upcharge $1 if you want a McDouble. I know that the franchise owner has locations in areas that the tourists love to go. So have one of the highest rates of poverty in this location and are definitely taking advantage of that with poor people who may not have an option. From now on I'll earn my points in other locations but get my free food at Belfast.

So I just ordered through drive thru like typically do. Order same as I usually do. Pay for my meal. Then have to for my meal which was approximately 20 minutes. Put my vehicle in park commenced to get out to go see what was taking so long to cook a double quarter but the young lady was bringing out my food. I leave thinking I can finally fill my belly. Get to my destination to chow down on such food to find out for the multiple freaking time they don't give me everything I ordered. My fault for not double checking on my food. But if you come to this McDonald's pay attention to what they give you!
