This place was recommended by a friend . My daughter and son in law went there on a week day evening for a dinner . The town itself is so charming . A drive down from Princeton to this town was scenic . The location opposite the landmark church adds to it . Open and indoor seating is spacious . Staff is super happy . The choice is made for a veggie pizza . We were pleasantly surprised that Every Tuesday one pizza is given free with every 2 pizza purchased when The lady who took our order informed us about it . I loved Marinara without cheese , shitake mashroom was full of cheese along with lovely wine to wash it down . The service is excellent . Pizza could have had more veggies . A pleasant place to have a lovely dinner . Prices are fine dining . But , worth it . Highly recommended .

Nomad is a real gem in Princeton. Great pizza, wonderful service and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Worst ever the employees don't answer the phone. I actually went in there and called and heard it ringing. everybody ignored it. I guess they don't need more business. if I could give them zero stars I would.

Had the #NomadPizzatruck for a work event tonight, and everyone loved it! Awesome pizza, and awesome people! Thank you so much! We’ll see you again soon!

You would be hard pressed to find a pizza this good with the quality and friendless of service. If you haven’t tried Nomad do yourself a favor and get yourself there.

My husband and I went to Nomad for our first dinner date night since the pandemic, and it could not have been more wonderful. The courtyard was the perfect place to dine, with tables spaced with plenty of room in between and hand sanitizers on every table. The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious (we had the fig and bacon pizza, Caesar salad and a Nutella pizza for dessert — went all out :) Again, first dinner date night in 6 months!). We didn’t realize it was BYOB, so will definitely be back with some beverages next time! Highly recommend.

We stumbled upon Nomad Pizza on our way to a show at The Hopewell Theater. What a wonderful surprise. Nomad is a small venue(in winter) with great gourmet pizza. There’s plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather. It’s BYOB which is an added plus. We had the shiitake mushroom pie. Absolutely delish. Also shared a fresh arugula salad with house dressing. Excellent. Service was nice. Pie came speedily. All in all a great place for a quick tasty bite.

The Pizza is done old world style with focus on flavor. A memorable meal done with care. The only challenge is to remember it is cash only.

We had pizza at Nomad when the place opened and it was a great experience, not any more as pizza was soggy in the middle.

Nice little place, tucked away from the main street. Only a few tables inside but there is outdoor seating for the warmer weather. We got there around 5:30 on a Friday night and had no trouble getting a table for 3. Server came over right away with bottle of water for the table. We looked over the menu, mostly salads and pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas (Margarita and a spicy sausage) which were plenty for the 3 of us. The pizzas are rustic brick oven style with a crispy crust and a little char (which I like). The crust was great, toppings fresh and flavorful. We really enjoyed them. The servers were attentive, refilled our water (didn't mind that we didn't buy drinks). Overall, a fun dinner with great food in a very unique place. Looking forward to our next visit!

I was in town for a concert and decided on Nomad due to vegetarian options and great reviews! The pizza might be considered pricey for its size (dinner plate sized) but had quality ingredients and was flavorful. We hit right before dinner time, and as it is a small place, I imagine it gets crowded quickly. The only critique is I wish they would had brought out both pizzas we ordered at once.

Pretty bad pizza, if that's what they call it. Tomato sauce not even tomato sauce. Burnt pie. Salad was about $9 and had one tiny cherry tomato, a teaspoon of cheese, practically no dressing. Wife and I both had heartburn about an hour later. Will not go back there again. Oh, no visible place for a handicapped person to get to and from the restaurant or bathroom. Service pretty bad, too.
