We've frequented this place when we come to the area as the food and service was outstanding. Lately when we come here the food has gone up in price as most places, but the service is horrible. The waitresses use to be on top of it and very nice and pleasant, not anymore. I think we'll have to find somewhere else to go.

Wow! Looking for a bite to eat after a long trip from Plattsburgh,NY! Walked in, the place was packed with Packer fans! Asked to join a table with two ladies. Then the fun began. Locals all around. Good drink an food! Recommend haddock Rubin ,or fish and chips. Great service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service by every member of the staff. Great drinks, beers, food was also so so so good!! Portions were huge, satisfying, and everyone was happy and kind. Definitely recommend for a visit. We stopped at the brewery on the Warf and couldn't get anyone to bring us a beer or say hi for more than 20mins. We bailed and came here and we were more than happy with that decision. Skip the brewery, the draft selection here is great!

Writing this review while sitting in the booth. Have been here for almost two hours. Food was cold, overcooked and had to fetch and request condiments and drinks numerous times since we sat down. I remember now why I don’t come here.

This was a perfect 4th of July lunch for us! On a trip where we stayed in Belfast, walked the harbor and the bridge, did a little shopping and found this for lunch. Great food, great menu, decent service and fair prices. I’d recommend and I would go again.

First time visiting the area and our family went to Rollie’s to eat tonight. When we walked in all the tables were full and the hostess said we could sit in the back room and we could seat ourselves. 15 year old and I walked through while my husband and toddler were behind us. We sat at a table for ten minutes when I asked my 15 year old to go make sure they saw us. The person told him that people didn’t normally sit back there and they knew we were there and they’d be to us when they got a chance. After about five to ten minutes we got all our stuff and left. Walked right past the ones we spoke to and they said nothing to us. Went to a nearby restaurant and had the best experience. 🤗

I've been there two times and had the same experience each time. The staff doesn't greet you, no smiles, no introductions, and they spend most of their time behind the bar on their phones. I had to flag them down for my check after waiting for atleast 5 minutes for them to notice me sitting there with my credit card in my hand. I messaged them and shared my concern....got no response.
