Writing this review while sitting in the booth. Have been here for almost two hours. Food was cold, overcooked and had to fetch and request condiments and drinks numerous times since we sat down. I remember now why I don’t come here.

First time visiting the area and our family went to Rollie’s to eat tonight. When we walked in all the tables were full and the hostess said we could sit in the back room and we could seat ourselves. 15 year old and I walked through while my husband and toddler were behind us. We sat at a table for ten minutes when I asked my 15 year old to go make sure they saw us. The person told him that people didn’t normally sit back there and they knew we were there and they’d be to us when they got a chance. After about five to ten minutes we got all our stuff and left. Walked right past the ones we spoke to and they said nothing to us. Went to a nearby restaurant and had the best experience. 🤗

I've been there two times and had the same experience each time. The staff doesn't greet you, no smiles, no introductions, and they spend most of their time behind the bar on their phones. I had to flag them down for my check after waiting for atleast 5 minutes for them to notice me sitting there with my credit card in my hand. I messaged them and shared my concern....got no response.

Crazy fun place. Sit wherever you can. Place is busy but fun with TV’s and people to keep you entertained. We had Nachos and BLT’s with chips. All good though they cheese got cold quick

We spent about 5 days in Belfast,after a day of hiking we decided to stop here for dinners. The place was very loud it was hard to have a conversation. The bar tender was the one who served us and he was nice and pleasant. How ever the table beside us was very loud and every other word was a cuss word or some sort. The bar tender did tell them to quiet down at one point but they didn’t stop. Then the bar tender apologized for telling them to stop. I would not take you kids to this place

We were there yesterday and I have to say the waitress we had, did not want to be there, she served us drinks and we ordered pizza, she served the pizza and we asked for parmashan cheese and crushed red peppers, we waited and starting to eat so she stop and talked to another waitress while we waited she never came back to the table and we had no drinks to eat with, she was not the 1.75 tip I left her will not be back there are lot more restaurants in belfast to go too

Local crowd, nice folks, great drinks and beer. I don't think our bartender likes tourists or she was having a bad day. We didn't like the vibe so went elsewhere for dinner ?️
We have been 4 or 5 times, always take out (we have dogs), and we don’t think we have ever gotten what we’ve ordered. tonight an order of 1/2 natcho’s the online menu says it comes with cheese, onions, AND chili, but when my husband when to order, they said 1/2 natchos doesn’t come w protein. Either fix your online menu, or educate your employees. Also we ordered a side of Mayo (husbands burger). No mayonnaise, how hard is this? AND if you are going to upcharge for French fries w a burger, you should tell the person ordering. The ONE TIME we did dine in, the service was very poor. It was almost 2 1/2 hours for 2 burgers (no drinks). I get it, everyone wants to come, but off season you need to treat customers better. I’m not sure we’ll be back, Dos Gatos has much better natchos
