U go to a HOTDOG food truck to complain about vegen options?....what planet is this o.k.?

I went for the homemade veggie dog. I’m glad they have a vegan dog option. However the menu options are not labeled vegan, so you have to grind your way through reading each of the many combination options. The guy taking the order was less than helpful when I asked twice which options would be vegan, he replied that I could put the veggie dog on any of the specialty options. I ended up choosing the kimchi. Don’t get this ‘to go’ unless you’re planning on eating it at a nearby bench right away. The budget hotdog roll was mush and falling apart when I got to it 5 minutes later after walking to the co-op. I expected it to be bigger than it was for the price. The flavor of the kimchi was good, I personally thought the veggie dog was just okay. Nice that it was homemade though. I appreciate the local business and local food, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

The tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich were excellent. I went to get the chorizo chilli and cornbread but they were all out, but tomato soup was great, too.

Absolutely amazing dogs and service. The person working there was very patient with us. We had no clue what we wanted since there were so many good options. Really enjoyed the bison slider as well. Everything was very fresh and testy. Highly recommend!
Amazing gourmet hot dog combinations using locally sourced Maine ingredients..a must stop if you are a hot dog afficionado. Amazing. Best dogs in Maine. Probably the whole north east coast..

I love Raymelle’s vegetarian hot dogs, especially the Moody Blue topped with blue cheese. I’ve been vegetarian since 1977. so I have had a lot of veggie dogs, and this is the very best one I’ve ever had! And I also love the space. So nice to sit outside and look out at the water and people watch. Thanks, Raymelle!

The Moody Dog is the best food truck around! Owner and Chef Raymelle makes wonderful vegan hotdogs ( meat ones too) and all sorts of amazing treats. During the summer, we eat there about 6 times a week. Breakfast sandwiches all day as well!!
