My husband and I were recently in Camden, and all the ice cream shops were closed for the day/season. We had passed through Belfast the previous day, so we decided to return and take time to explore. While walking along the harbor, I was ecstatic to see someone sitting outside a shop eating an ice cream cone! We enjoyed talking with the owner at Wild Cow Creamery and learning that he and his wife make the ice cream. It was delicious...so much better and less expensive than the ice cream we had several days later at a well-known ice cream shop in Bar Harbor.

We had the rhubarb crumble and nutter butter ice cream on waffle cones. They were delicious, and reasonably priced. It is in a good part of town, we recommend taking it to go and walking to the pier near the large porch swings to look out at the boats!

Love it! The flavors change almost daily, so I didn't get to try the Raspberry Vanilla or the Mexican Chocolate. Instead, I came back for a second round of Cosmic C3... Chocolate, Caramel, and Coconut! The best! Highly recommend this place before beer and after dinner. Can't go wrong.
