Chef Michael checked all of the boxes and then some. This was our first time utilizing an in home chef for our family vacation and we were blown away on several levels. First and foremost the food was beyond description. We have some picky eaters in our family, but you wouldn’t have known that on the nights he prepared our meals. He was prompt, cleaned everything better than before he arrived and most importantly was a great person to talk to with some good stories. We wouldn’t look elsewhere when we are back in Maine for our next family vacation.

We hired Chef Mike for my sister's bachelorette weekend at our gorgeous Airbnb rental home in Rye, NH. It was the highlight of our weekend! We loved how easy going Mike was. We were able to enjoy some wine & ocean views while he took care of every little detail in the kitchen. And to top it all off, the food was some of the best we've ever had! It was truly one of the best experiences. We all had a wide array of dietary restrictions too, and Chef Mike did an incredible job at finding food that would work for us all. We can't thank & recommend him enough!

We hired Chef Michael to cook for us at a rental house in Maine for a birthday weekend dinner for 12 people. We had an amazing cheese and charcuterie board, chicken parmesan with pasta and caesar salad, and sole stuffed with shrimp and scallops (side of veggie rice pilaf and lemon asparagus). And for dessert we had one of the best coconut cream pies we’ve ever had! Everything was amazing! Chef Michael was accommodating with our budget and responsive during the planning process. He also worked with us to create vegan options for our vegan guests. He left everything spotless after dinner. I would highly recommend Chef Michael for any special event!

Chef Mike was amazing! We hired him to come to prepare dinner for a bachelorette party (8 girls) at Lake Winni in Alton Bay, NH. Leading up, he was very attentive with helping to choose our menu options. He was also really great with accommodating allergies and food preferences. He was extremely polite, professional, and super friendly! We did a 3-course dinner with appetizers, salad, and then an entree and sides. He prepared everything pretty quickly, served everything to the table, and also helped with cleaning up. I can't wait for another reason to hire him again! I HIGHLY recommend, Chef Mike!!

Chef Mike was great from start to finish. I booked a dinner for 2 as a birthday surprise. Scheduling was easy and the menu was fantastic. The meal was outstanding and what you would expect from top quality restaurants. This was my first experience with Mike and will not be the last. Highly recommend!

Chef Michael’s is amazing! We did a cooking class girls night, and he made it so much fun, adding in a competition and make our own berry parfaits. Additionally, his sweet and sour meatballs were amazingly delicious! I can’t wait for the next time Chef Michael can come cook for us!

Chef Michael was terrific for our girls’ weekend 60th bday celebration! The crab cakes were delicious and I don’t even like crab cakes! The stuffed haddock was full of other seafood.. so filling! And I loved the wilted spinach salad with delicious vinaigrette dressing. Topping off the evening was a luscious berry cobbler! Michael took our kidding in good stride and didn’t mind our dance party in the middle of the evening. He left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. I look forward to his cooking for more events in the future!

We tried Michael’s homemade hot sauce! We had it on tacos tonight. The flavor is subtle at first and then has a delayed spicy kick to it! My fiancé is currently complaining that his mouth on fire and his nose is running but is very excited to try it on other foods! Hoping to use it in chili and nachos! Will post more updates once we use it more. It is highly recommended for anyone who loves spice!!

Chef Michael caters our family Thanksgiving and Easter gatherings every year. Delicious food, reasonable prices, very accommodating to specific needs. We LOVE Mike's work!

Family dinners for 14 are a breeze with Chef Michael! Any menu, food allergies, and personal tastes all included with a flair and great presentation!

I order a cheese lasagna every year from Chef Michael for my birthday meal. It is the best I've ever had! It is packaged ready to either heat or freeze, complete with instructions. My other favorites from Chef Michael include chicken Marsala and his super delicious home made granola!
