Really awesome food truck, great owner/operator, food was spot on. Wife had a falafel pocket, I had Italian sausage with the peppers and onions - high marks on both! Looking forward to swinging by next time we're up north.

The guy was cool so I told him I’d leave a good review… but then I had the food and WOW. So good. We got a falafel pocket and falafel plate and they were both super flavorful with big portions. Only flaw is they aren’t there all the time. Definitely worth a stop!

I was hesitant to get lunch at Fat pockets as I never enjoyed falafel despite loving Mediterranean food. Let me tell you, Falafel has to be one of my favorite parts of this cuisine now. Seriously they were delicious, freshly fried, and clearly authentic. Im not sure if he makes the pita or imports it, but as someone who makes bread from scratch regularly these were seriously impressive. Cannot find quality pita in the grocery stores.
It's worth noting that this was not only the most tasty lunch I had all week, but was also an incredible value. I am a big guy, and the Falafel plate from Fat Pockets was the only thing I ate all day. Super filling and full of good stuff.
The owner was a personable guy, passionate about what he does and a pleasure to chat with. Support GREAT local businesses.

Could not be happier! Really cool owner and friendly staff! The Pita pocket that I got was amazing with super fresh ingredients. Best Falafel I’ve had outside of Philly and NYC. The pickled red onion was addicting! Definitely worth a stop! PS: hi to Reba the Skunk

Probably the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The pita is fluffy. The falafel is flavorful and crisp. The hummus silky. And the pickled veggies and incredible crunch. The owner is kind and engaging. A lot of the food is organic and locally sourced. Great example of a small independent business.
