Bro literally ordered 2 BLTs extra bacon and add onion had a friend grab them he didn’t check the subs as it’s a simple order had him bring it to me at work opened it up no lettuce or tomato a ton of mayo and onion XD what the hell guys

At 1245p Mon 8/13 I ordered a rotisserie chicken with mayo, guacamole, spinach (the lettuce was brown and dry), tomatos and pickles. The sandwich was just an absolute mess. Further, I don't know if it was the chicken, mayo or guacamole but something must have been bad. Started having stomach trouble right away and I'm not well now at 845a Tues. From the other negative comments, it seems the food quality and prep have been a problem. The owner should shut down, overhaul, retrain and reopen. Either that, or close it up.

Update: 920p Tues - Still sick.

Ordered 3 of the subway series subs, they had no meats or barley any. If I just wanted bread I would have gone to the grocery store. Ordered their sidekicks pretzels no mustard sauce with them. This place is the worst subway I have ever been to avoid at all costa. Go to any other one and get what you pay for.

My daughter and I eat at different Subway restaurants from ME to MD. This is the best we’ve seen. The sandwich maker was friendly and made an excellent, not smooshed, sandwich. The store was clean and has a nice view of a cute little New England small town.

11:45am - I understand it’s hard to find good workers however this was the worst experience at this location since moving here last year. The sub artist rang me and the 4 people in line behind me up before he made our subs. Then he made our orders all at the same time. This was especially frustrating as I should have walked out 15 minutes earlier if done correctly.Additionally, he just threw the meat on there. I asked for LTO, pickles, cucumbers, and banana peppers, he put a decent amount of lettuce but ONLY THREE tomatoes, pickles, and cucumbers each. Then loaded it with sauce making it disgusting to eat. Very disappointed. I will go back if another, better trained, sandwich artist is working.

Having been to this location many times, I was sorely disappointed with the service. The sandwich artist was sloppy and slightly rude. Maybe they were having a bad day, but in the service industry, you need to leave it at the door. Sorry to say we won't be back.

The manager was the only one in and he was the most kind and professional person keeping everyone updated on the amount of time we had to wait as he was making the bread and taking care of more than one patron at a time and no mess up just a perfect time at subway

This Subway is very slow and I will not go back again. I ordered online and when went to pick it up on time there was 1 guy working and 5 people in line. He totally ignored the online orders.

The staff over there as of March 2023 is the best they have had in years. Quick , Courteous , Polite. Even saw a worker cut his break short while I was there to help another employee. In today’s environment of making the customer do all the work it was refreshing to see service like this in a culture that wants no interaction. I wish the prices were better at Subway but at the least I will return because of the Customer Service I received.
