Wonderful dinning experience. The food was exceptional and authentic. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and the staff friendly and helpful when we had questions.
I do have a question about the gamja bokkeum starter does that have gochujang in the mix? So very good

Came from Gardiner for a birthday trip for my spouse, she loves sushi, and they didn't disappoint. Excellent food and service.

Considering the amount of fish, variety of choice, creativity of and choices, the sushi options were very overpriced. Not to say that they were bad but I would expect to pay 30 to 40% less what was served. But udon noodle soup was very spicy and I save this as someone who enjoys heat. I would have expected to at least have an indication on the menu as to the heat level. The service was lacking. While we were seated promptly at the table we were not given all the menus as compared to other, nobody presented us with a specials for the evening, no drink menu was available, and something as simple as a toothpick was Also not available. We were seated outside and it was comfortable and pleasant enough but having walked through the interior to use the restroom I perceived it to be quite dated. To each their own.

Food was super good. First place in a long while that actually asked if I am a vegetarian when I got the veggie item. That was great.
I had over heard that they were short a server. But the food took so long to come out. And it was very pricey for the amount. Absolutely delicious but so expensive.
Definitely hit the spot- but wouldn't spend that again with the price.

A little bit of a weird and fun find in Bethel. You walk onto an expansive porch of an old wooden house, into a black and red Asian themed restaurant, which kind of morphs into backwoods Maine as you walk towards the bar.
Anyway, the sushi was pretty good, the staff was really nice, and the price was reasonable. The porch was nice, except the trucks blowing past were kind of a lot.

Food is very good but you might have to wait 40 minutes for a spicy tuna roll. Don't come on Sunday night unless you only want drinks.

Have been going here for years! Our favorite place to eat in Bethel, for so many reasons. From soup to sushi to the Korean Bibimbap…it’s consistently great food! 10 out of 10!!

Food is always phenomenal. Best sushi I’ve had - and nothing else in Maine compares. Rolls are competitively priced to other restaurants, but light years better. My favorite place to eat!

Super unprofessional. On the website clearly states that reservations are only available for 6+. Arrived in the restaurant 30 minutes after they opened, and they refused to even put us on a waitlist.

We were on a ski trip and went to Cho Sun for dinner. The resultant took 1.5 hours and only brought one appetizer. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The manager did not apologize for anything. Do not recommend anyone going there unless you want to wait for 2+ hours to get an appetizer
