Such an enjoyable evening. Accentuated by the service and pleasant personalities of employees, especially our server Miss Rylee. Some of the other area business could benefit by visiting this establishment. Definitely a rare find on our trip.

We went early on Friday night. Had a very friendly waitress. Great selection of beer and cocktails. Nice selection of salads. I had the fish which you can pick and choose how it is cooked, sauce and sides. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was delicious. We will go back again and highly recommend it.

Mediocre food for the price. Chicken tenders, fried chicken sandwich, and marsala had a taste and texture and shape like processed frozen food. The teriyaki bowl had 3 small pieces of chicken some rice and a couple pieces broccoli for $30.00. I ended up sharing my small meal with my husband so he didn't go hungry. It is sad to see this restaurant putting out such low level food. The atmosphere is great, the wait staff is good and the selection of craft beers, cocktails and wine is very good. I really wish the food was better as we enjoy the establishment.

Disappointing dinner at Modern Barn. We were quickly seated for our reservation and our server was helpful. However, 6 items from their small menu were already sold out by 6:30PM. The remaining options were expensive beef entrees or entrees containing wine/alcohol in their sauce. The apps and entrees we ultimately ordered were poorly done. Grilled shishito peppers (app) were barely warmed, effectively raw. Potstickers (app) had chewy wrapper. Waygu burger (entree) was overcooked and dry, despite requesting medium. Chicken Marsala was drowning in a bowl of sauce with bucatini pasta. Difficult to cut chicken, had to move it to an appetizer plate to eat. Buccatini served with the Marsala chicken was a messy eating because the stiff buccatini pasta just splashed that Marsala sauce all over the place. In all, just poorly done.
