The one star is for not having meatballs for the last two weeks I've been in town after 6pm. I really love the customer survice here. Just don't quite understand why they don't have a sandwich available that alot of people like to order. That would be like McDonald's running out of Big Macs. Never happens. One night I was told it's late and we are cleaning. My friend also went on a different night and was told they were just out after 6pm. The other sandwich I ordered was awesome and will continue to eat at Subway because I like their sandwiches.
