These guys at this location freaking stupid I have asked them MULTIPLE times for a zero caffeine rush because I have strict allergies and they constantly are either giving me zero sugar or DO NOT listen if I want consistent shitty drinks I will go to Dunkin at least it’s cheaper there and I’ll get what I pay for aroma joes is way too over priced to continue to throw money down the drain

My experience today made my day so much better. We came through for a midday pick me up and the girl at the window was so sweet. She complimented my rings and then she wrote this on my cup in response to me saying one was my engagement ring! How cute! 🥺🖤 I was having a roughhhh morning, so thank you

Super busy location, granted it was weekend morning so that’s to be expected. Just moved from west coast where Dutch bros is big, this gave similar vibes! I ordered a half sweet iced s’mores latte. Did not like it, too much sweetener. I jumped back in line to see what could be done. Hailey was so sweet and made the moment right making me a beverage I would like and was so sweet showing me the list of flavours and sugar feee. She was super kind and helpful! Made any hiccup minimal.

We arrived at 7:40 pm to grab drinks and sat at the window for about 10-12 minutes. The window we were sitting at was partially open and there were two employees inside. One of which kept her back turned to us for the first few minutes, the second employee came up from the back of the location to the service window area. Both employees were talking and walking around but never came to the window to take our order. We double checked the store closing times, and it stated they were open till 9 pm.
They gave us three breakfast sandwiches that were falling apart and impossible to eat. Like they took them out of the microwave and crushed them up with their hands before slapping them in the bag. Really annoying

This is the only aromas I go to where the food is always ice in the middle. If I am paying almost $5 for a sandwich you think it would at least be cooked. Not sure if there oven is broken or what but i wouldn’t get food here unless you like frozen in the middle sandwiches
