“So back in November, we went to Longhorn to have lunch after we’ve been doing some holiday shopping. Our experience was less than stellar. I reached out through their website to Longhorn and let them know what had gone wrong. The rice was bad the steaks weren’t right, The waitress was nice but she never came back to see if we wanted refills on our drinks. She didn’t bring my husband a spoon for his coffee so he could stir the cream in the sugar. It took a long time for her to bring us the bill and for us to get the check back after we paid the bills so we could leave. It was just a frustrating and bad experience. it was just a bad experience
, and it was the first one we really had.
They sent me a gift card, asking me to come back and telling me that if I had a problem in the future, please ask for a manager. Part of the problem with the first one also was sadly the waitress was not good. She didn’t pay attention to us. It took a long time to get things done.
Our second trip was a couple of weeks ago. The waitress was very good. The food was good. I ordered the baked potato without any onion as I’m allergic to. The food came out in a timely fashion the waitress refreshed our drinks as we asked it was a much better experience. I will say the sides when they came out my potato, especially it was good, but it really wasn’t hot and that was pretty much the big thing that missed the mark can’t give you five stars because of the first experience but I will say after them trying to correct the issue we will probably go back again. I didn’t ask for a manager this time Because I just wanted to have the deal done and we were on a time crunch, so yeah, they kind of redeem themselves on the second trip. If we go again in the near future will read again and see if it’s better.
I do appreciate the fact that they tried to take care of the situation as best as they could from the first experience so we will probably go again, but as a few people have previously noted in their reviews for the amount of money that the food costs, I expect it to be a good experience so we’ll see what the next one is, but they did redeem themselves after the first trip.“

“We loved the waitress.She was very attentive and polite. We appreciated the difference in scenery as well as the opportunity to enjoy ourselves in a different state. The food was a bit lukewarm, and the televisions were not on, but that did not remove from the excellent service. Very quite and quaint.“

“Went there last night for a birthday party and when i called they said they couldnt guarantee we all sit together but they would give a good try to get us next to each. Well half of us ended on one side of tbe restaurant and the other half on the other side with no attempt to be evern remotely close and that was me calling at 11 am. Secondly one half of us got there for a half hour before the other. Thirdly our service was very bad. they forgot to bring drinks to the table and the food was well done when asking flr medium rare. i have been there a ton but they definitely were way over there heads on a saturday night.“
