I usually enjoy Burger King, but my recent visit was disappointing. The fries and burger patty were overloaded with salt—not just a little extra, but actual crystals of salt sitting on the surface. It felt like someone just poured it on carelessly without any thought.
Seasoning is supposed to enhance the flavor, not overpower it to the point where all you taste is salt. This wasn’t a one-off issue either; I’ve noticed this happening before. A little consistency in seasoning goes a long way in making sure customers actually enjoy their meal instead of feeling like they’re eating straight sodium.
I’m all for bold flavors, but please, take a second to season with some care. There’s a difference between a well-seasoned burger and one that feels like it was dunked in a salt shaker. Hope this gets addressed because I’d like to actually taste my food next time.

Always super friendly! Pretty accommodating too. I was a little late for breakfast but they still let me get breakfast about 10 minutes later.

I feel mostly bad writing a less than 5 star review for this Burger King, but I must. It never seems to fail that when I order ahead using the app, something is wrong or missing. Today, I ordered a medium “Havesies” with my meal, only to receive a medium fry with no onion rings. Yet they put two zesty sauces in my bag. The errors they make are never huge, just annoying. I couldn’t even check it before leaving because I wasn’t the one who picked it up. Sigh.

Not sure what all the complaining is about, but I pick up food often here during the late night hours, and the crew is fantastic at this time.
I’ve seen them single handedly handle a line of 15 cars in the drive thru with only a couple people. There are people who work hard here to do their best and they should be applauded for that. Thanks for all you do.

No food. Ordered using the app. Paid for the order. Drive to the restaurant and they have a sign saying their out of everything. If you're out of everything THEN YOU CALL YOUR MANAGER AND HAVE THEM TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERING! The service level was "I'm here but I don't want to actually work."

1 out of 10 times they’ll give me fries that are actually fresh & haven’t tasted like they’ve been sitting out for an hour. There chicken wraps are poorly made & look nothing at all like the pictures, the chicken is a quarter of the size of the wrap.
