Carly, the manager, oversees the team and helps keep everything running well, showing the importance of teamwork. Kelynda, the newest team member with 10 years at the bar, adds to the seasoned crew. Derek, the Karaoke DJ, keeps the crowd entertained Monday through Friday, with many talented local singers. The owner, Mark Blake, is a great leader who rarely needs to leave his seat because his team is so good.
