We went because of the Instagrams with owner Frank. The pizza was delicious! The atmosphere was like a cafe, pizza shop in a small town should be, unassuming and clean and cozy. The inside is an excellent place. The food, music, atmosphere and staff made for a wonderful experience.

Honestly one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. Not only is the food fantastic, but the people as well. The whole dining area screams comfort and small business perfection. I cannot sing praises high enough. While there are definitely some quirks, it is well worth the cost and experience. The owner is so full of energy and even came out of the kitchen to check on guests. If you have not been, it should be on your list. Coletti's deserves the status of best in the Biddeford-Saco area.

Hands down, this is the best authentic Italian pizza in Maine. We normally get takeout but today we ate in and it’s next level having it straight out of the oven. We got the Diavolo, devilishly spicy for a cold autumn day, and the colettis special that has perfectly cooked and seasoned veggies. They pour a nice glass of wine too! Thanks, Frank.

Here’s the thing, it is the best pizza in Biddeford by far. Truly authentic, but the wait time is unreal. Quote a more accurate time or take less orders. There also seems to be confusion with the indoor dining customers and takeout orders. People can’t be waiting 45 minutes over a quoted time for 50$ worth of pizza.

AMAZING PIZZA!!!! I drove an hour and a half for this pizza, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The crust was perfect, the sauce was incredibly flavorful, and you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. Everything was fantastic! The owner’s got a big, friendly vibe and clearly loves what he does. I’m definitely coming back and already thinking about my next slice.

We went for pizza with another couple and ordered an entire pizza for each of us on the other couple's recommendation, this way we could try each other's pizza and still bring home some for the next day. Francesco makes pizza like we used to have back in the 1960's, with a nice large and doughy crust, but crispy on the outside, with what tasted like imported mozzarella cheese. This was real treat for my wife and I, being formally from the Boston area. Five stars were not enough.
