Went to eat today and got no service even though 2 waitresses looked at us waiting. There was an 8 year old cleaning tables and the hostess was on her phone. We have eaten there multiple times. I had been looking forward to eating today. I have worked in service for 35 years. Customers should be greeted and at least give water with in seconds of being seated. Very disappointing after referring people to eat there.

Actually never experienced such a rude staff. Ordered for pick up and was ignored for 10 minutes. Allie was so rude when she finally acknowledged me. Don't worry Allie, we won't bother you again.
Ashley is the worst human I’ve ever met in a restaurant and I’ve held off too long to shed light on the fact that she has disrespected me, my friends, and my family. She should be in the kitchen so she can’t talk to customers, ownership should really find a new manager if they want a friendly environment instead of a vindictive one. I eat there just about everyday so I can only imagine the other business she’s driving away. From every person I’ve met there, they’ve had the same opinion as well. Other than her, I love the place, I’ve been going there for over a decade.

This is the most expensive mediocre food I've ever had. I used to LOVE these burgers. Tonight's order was a steak and cheese sandwich and a salmon burger. $40 later and we're left with 2 cold sandwiches, stale fries, and undercooked mashed potatoes. The salmon burger is a single piece of overcooked salmon, a single piece of lettuce, a single tomato, and 2 rings of onion. The steak and cheese comes on a burger roll, so essentially impossible to eat, but at least tasted okay. Absolutely abysmal meal though.

Cute place, had live music too!
burger was good, great names. I had the "ghost in the machine" I even was able to order a grass fed burger. I'm a hard judge of burgers, I must say, I grew up eating the OG Kua' Aina burger, not as good as that. But still tasty!

Last year I was loving this spot. Great food and service. Was looking forward to going last night. Cheese burger soup was like Fondue, so thick you had to pull the thick strings of cheese off your spoon with each bite. Only had 3 bites. thanksgiving burger had one peice of toasted bread cut diagonal for top and bottom bread not even close to covering the meat.Best part was when the bartender told us we wouldn't want to see the kitchen as our food was coming out. Black dirty pans hanging on the food covered dirty wall visible from the bar. You could hear the kitchen staff yelling and having a good old time for themselves. One bartender had a personality and it was his last night. I threw up the 3 bites of soup I had outside when we left. I'm bummed out because I really did like that place last year. I'll spend my money at Mulligans from now on.

Over the last 3 visits to this establishment have been nothing shy of miserable. Between the small portions of the dishes & not to mention getting chased out the bar at “closing time” of 9:00 after having over $100 tabs. What bartender or business plans to make any decent money with expectations of chasing their customers out cause they want to go “home” when I asked for another round of drinks “I guess so” was the response I got. Won’t be returning to this dump

I was really excited to try this place out initially. Our waitress did her job well. The burgers were tasty but not cooked to the temp we requested. I’m mostly here to complain about the onion rings which is not at all the point of this restaurant. It was pretty pricey there, $12 for onion rings that are totally mid in regards to quality, and lacking in the amount of rings per serving. I guess I expected to receive more than a handful of onion rings for $12. Our fries were weirdly wrinkly. Overall mid experience that’s not worth the price. I tipped 20 % bringing my total up to $60 for two burgers w/fries, two waters, and an order of onion rings.
