accidentally ordered the wrong thing, it happens right? i asked the employee at the window if my order was the slush with ice cream and he said yes. it ended up being the wrong item. when i came back to get it fixed, a staff member was very rude and told me it was my fault for being confused about the menu. usually the service is very good here, so being treated in such an accusatory manner was a shocking experience. they wanted me to pay for a second drink when i didn't drink any of the other one. most food service places are willing to help make a mistake right, be it the customer's or the staff's.

Their system messed up and I was charged double for milkshakes and called to tell them and they basically didn’t care! $18.32 for two milkshakes!

People are pleasant and clean atmosphere. I gave 4 stars because I love homemade verses soft serve, but still a good quick treat! A few great options, but size is small for the amount of cost. Of course, I always love the ice cream cakes! Which if you had an app can gain points towards!
