I always order delivery from this place and it’s great. They’re fast and the pizzas always arrive quickly, hot, and delicious. Today was my first time going inside for a pick up order, and I gotta say it was possibly the cleanest pizza shop I’ve ever been in. It’s open concept so you can see the pizzas being made. There is a nice little dining area inside, and the staff was very friendly. I rarely post reviews these days, but I really wanted to give these people the props they deserve.

I come here and order often for carry out pickup and they can’t even have someone at the front to just hand me my order I have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes until I get my order that is ready actually in my hand and that’s unacceptable to me.

The portions for the pasta bowls are ridiculously tiny (I’ve had to call to have them remade and it was clear they knew), no side of marinara was given or offered with the cheese sticks, our pizzas were clearly flipped on their side but still given to us upon delivery. Probably a solid 4 out of 4 bad experiences, will never order at the Biddeford location ever again.

I went to pay for my kids pizza with a $100 bill they refused to accept it told me go change it elsewhere. I went got $20 bill asked speak manager they started being rude threw the change an pizza on counter and told me to leave wouldn't give me their names. I got a trespassing order put on me cause I speak my mind money is money what kinda business doesn't accept $100 bill??
