The blue haired chick needs to get spoken to she’s so rude with customers I would like to be in touch with the district manager or someone to deal with how I was treated very uncalled for for this location something needs to be done about her she’s rude with everyone which is uncalled for. Told me she wasn’t serving me or my family. She was saying I’m calling my manager like totally unprofessional I will not be returning there when she’s there at all.

The man working the window today was talking back to us about how we ordered milk in our coffee (we never order milk in our coffee) and he said rudely that we definitely said that. He then gave us gross watery coffee and gave us a highly sarcastic have a nice day. It’s literally your job to be decent and polite even if you think the customer is wrong.

Naïvement je pensais qu’il s’agissait d’une enseigne qui vendait principalement des donuts, mais il s’agit plutôt d’un starbucks cheap. J’ai quand même pu avoir mon donuts mais il était assez mauvais.
Everyone is understaffed. However, waiting at the counter for 10 min with no one there to serve you because they are hiding outback isn’t related to being understaffed. Owner should take notice. Losing money.

The lady who took my order was very nice however...She did not wear gloves while making a sandwich I ordered...and used her bare hands to toast the english muffin of the customer behind me...Even if we weren't in the middle of a global health pandemic the woman still should have worn gloves...
