Employees are totally incompetent to perform at this location. The phone number on the receipt leads no where, should be illegal that you can't even call and let them know how much they fd up your order.

Early morning visit to local DD. To my amazement when I opened my DD bag ( 20 mins. L8r) & pulled out a food product. I think about the 1/4 of a second it would have taken to actually fold this wrap properly. The chez (that's brown?) & egg (a bit brown?) not to mention wrap so hard like cardboard. Yum, that's for 86ing my first source of protein of the day. I guess I drew the short stick this morning without even knowing. Better luck next time.

Everyone is understaffed. However, waiting at the counter for 10 min with no one there to serve you because they are hiding outback isn’t related to being understaffed. Owner should take notice. Losing money.

Same as any Dunkin, no surprise here. Did not have my top choice of coffee or donut hence the three stars. It is worth noting Dunkin peaks at 4 stars for me

The lady who took my order was very nice however...She did not wear gloves while making a sandwich I ordered...and used her bare hands to toast the english muffin of the customer behind me...Even if we weren't in the middle of a global health pandemic the woman still should have worn gloves...
I have recently stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts several times over the past month. It's very early in the morning and usually only see 2 staff working. It can be a bit slow understandably. BUT, when you get to the window the two of them are obviously working very hard and their happy-go-lucky, friendly attitude is refreshing! The are extremely friendly and always say thank you and have a good day! In these time where it seems the world id so angry.. These two deserve a kuddos and a raise for sure!!!!Thank you team!

Seeing that the pandemic has caused shortages throughout our country I am aware there are our staff shortages. When I sit in line waiting patiently for my order I become frustrated when the attendant is having a full-blown conversation with her friend while there's a long line of cars behind me. I arrive at the window after the attendant has a conversation with her friend and she then begins to prepare my order. While discussing when she gets off and exchanging numbers with her friend she could have prepared my order. The attendant also left her headset running and announced over the intercom the staff was going to be late to work. I hope the staffing issues improve but this Worker seems more interested in talking to her friends than doing her job.
