It was a terribly rainy day so we stopped for some donuts and coffee. Jada was very friendly and patient with me while we figured out our order. The employees aren’t allowed to take tips and I think that should change but I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

I wish I could give 0 stars the absolute worst customer service EVER!!! I sat at the window for atleast 10 mins listening to tjel talk about tik toks. Then the coffee was wrong

One star is too many stars. I already knew this location sucked from multiple bad experiences. my boyfriend however keeps going here and has become a regular. we pulled up today to order breakfast and after ordering two donuts the dude taking my order began to ask if that was it. after every thing i said he would ask me if that was it, not even letting me finish ordering what i was asking for. i didnt get to finish ordering before he cut me off and gave me the total. i drove up to the window to hear the barista asking if the drinks were supposed to be iced because she probably knows our REGULAR ORDER. he proceeded to tell her they were hot. they were supposed to be iced. i drove away without my breakfast and without paying. i wont be visiting this location anymore. you couldnt pay me to

Little slow for 2 coffees and. Sandwich... ended up with a huge line behind us. I believe it shouldn't have taken so long. Plenty of employees on hand for the job
