We go to this location a lot, but not so sure after last night. Hours say close at 7 pm, we were at the counter at 6:25pm and ordered the new French Dip sub. We were told "sorry, that's been put away since we're closing soon..(yeah,in 35 minutes) It must be my old school thinking, but I remember the days when you could still order food up until closing because places wanted your business, not anymore I guess because there were 3 kids working, (well standing around). Its all good though because we went to Jersey Mikes instead and they had no problem accepting my money.

I love their sub rolls. They're not chewy. They're soft and I'm able to bite into them without worrying about my dentures being pulled out. I've tried a few of their sandwiches and haven't been disappointed yet. One of my favorites is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The New York Steamer is really good as well.

awesome place i love going here, but today two of the three employees were just standing outside smoking weed. we went in a customer told us that a bunch of people just walked off because there’s no workers. thought about making my own sandwich but they finally came. they should be fired it was Wednesday July 24th around 2:30 PM. i come here all the time i think i might just to into five guys from now on you should all do the same if you want any service

This place is abismal, I placed a doordash pick up order which was delayed 45min, the staff was rude and gave me weird looks, the food also then tasted terrible, processed garbage. I will never eat here again.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich with mayo lettuce and tomato. Received a “steak” and cheese with aforementioned additions. I like steak and cheese and since hubby had brought home our subs to eat, I was fine with the mix up.Until I took a bite.Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Inedible! Had to throw it out. Should give it no stars instead of one, but want to make sure I get my point across. Steak had a sour taste and Lord knows where that “mayo” came from. Lettuce was brown. You get the picture. First and last visit.

I stood at the register for 8 minutes before anyone said a word to me and I watched them actively ignore phone calls coming in while I was the only one ordering. Would've let all this slide if the food was good but that was trash too. Just go to D'Angelos.

Soooo slow. Like incredibly slow. A couple times weve been and the last. Foods good but 25 mins wait for a sandwich....crazy!!! After asking for our money back it was just being made. 25 mins to even start making a sandwich. Need someone to step in! Management.....
