I travel from central MA just to get a sub here - the Turkey bacon ranch is my favorite. Get a large and half for the next day - reheated is amazing. Just store the sub upside down to avoid a soggy (but delicious) mess.

Even though I had a less than perfect experience lately, I can say it is still my go to sub shop. The prices are relatively on the higher side but the quality matches the cost. Every business has up and down days, so I’m not going to let my review go bad considering every other time has been great. Highly recommend for high quality food.

First visit to Firehouse Subs Biddeford and probably the last! We ordered a large steak and cheese and a salad with grilled chicken to go. Service to make our food was extremely slow, young staff seemed preoccupied with getting ready to close (45 minutes away). Watched my sandwich being made, skimpy filling, not fresh cooked on a grille but rather heated up in a steam machine! Got food home, what I could eat of my sandwich was way salty and steak (?) had an odd texture (SteakUmms??). My partner said her salad was fair. Very disappointing food for $15 each item!! MB across the street makes 10 times the steak and cheese for 1/3 the price!

I would eat here regularly. Both the staff and food have been terrible recently. They have been consistently getting orders wrong and the staff won’t correct it or re make the orders. They are constantly smoking in the cars out front. Not sure what happened to this place but I won’t go back anymore

We go to this location a lot, but not so sure after last night. Hours say close at 7 pm, we were at the counter at 6:25pm and ordered the new French Dip sub. We were told "sorry, that's been put away since we're closing soon..(yeah,in 35 minutes) It must be my old school thinking, but I remember the days when you could still order food up until closing because places wanted your business, not anymore I guess because there were 3 kids working, (well standing around). Its all good though because we went to Jersey Mikes instead and they had no problem accepting my money.
