I love their sub rolls. They're not chewy. They're soft and I'm able to bite into them without worrying about my dentures being pulled out. I've tried a few of their sandwiches and haven't been disappointed yet. One of my favorites is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The New York Steamer is really good as well.

Food is typically very good! Inconsistent near closing with their options, showed up at 6:30 on a Thursday and told we could only eat cold sandwiches because the grills were already shutdown.

well...round 2....firehouse subs biddeford, where the only thing faster than their disappearing staff is the rate at which your appetite fades away. If you enjoy waiting in line longer than it takes to build an actual firehouse, then step right up! It's like a game of Where's Waldo, except instead of finding a bespectacled man in a striped shirt, you're searching for an employee who isn't already juggling three tasks at once. And cleanliness?
