Five Guys...when you need a great burger and fries! Tickets on our table were split, so some of us got our orders pretty quickly. The rest of us waited a while, but all worth the wait.

Manager was yelling at employees in the kitchen area about taking breaks. She was the only one being loud but it was very awkward and it happened multiple times while we ate. The restaurant was a mess with food on floor and dirty empty tables. But as always, food was great which is why overall I gave it a 4.

Five Guys is always great! The burgers were great, even if they don't always look like it, the taste is always great! The fries were excellent as always and the restaurant was also clean. Highly recommended if you are passing through.
Vegetarian options: Basically all that's left is fries.
Parking: Very large parking space in front of the door.
Kid-friendliness: Well suited for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Possible without any problems.
stood behind 2 other people on line for 5 minutes. 4 workers behind counter and nobody on the register taking orders. nobody acknowledged the customers waiting or did anything except pretend nobody was there. I've been to 10 different 5 guys locations this is by far the worst

The food was good, but every time I get fry orders, they always seem to skimp on the fries. Especially when you're paying $7 for a Lrg fry.. you should get $14. Worth of fries!! The service was good but the place was DIRTY! The women's bathroom had a broken toilet (which didn't stop people from trying to use it still) and the paper towels dispenser was jammed. The floors and sink were also dirty..they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months! EWE!

That 1 Painter Southern Maine had a fantastic lunch experience at Five Guys Biddeford. Dining room was clean and staffed with friendly faces. Goliath and crew were a breath of fresh air!!

We walked out without ordering, the party in front of us left and 2 parties behind us left without ordering. There was 3 people working and one was literally having people get up to sweep under their table. The guy sweeping offered to help and they sent him back to cleaning! We stood for 25 minutes WAITING TO ORDER!! While this guy literally made ONE burger at a time. I've worked in kitchens I know what it takes and looks like, the guy taking orders wasn't overloaded, he was having a silent tantrum. I've never seen people moving so slowly, nevermind in a kitchen. The female manager was rebeling silently too. It was clear these employees were pissed off and taking it out on customers. I would have fired both of them if I was the manager. They ain't worth their pay and I don't care how low it is.
