I ordered cashew chicken. There wasn’t a single cashew and it was loaded with peanuts. Thankfully I did not have a peanut allergy. But this was not what I ordered.

Food poisoning from their sushi for going on three days. It was all I ate the day I got sick. Reported to authorities but sharing here. Be careful.

Love the food. Have ordered for delivery and gone in and have yet to be disappointed. Will continue to support this family and community stable. Thank you!

I recently ordered food from here and I loved it in the past , however when I ordered tonight a new girl was on the phone thought a mai tai was a sushi roll , and my order never came . I paid $27.00 for my order ( five dollar tip). I called them and they would keep telling me they were calling the driver and he would be there shortly . I called once more 2.5 hours later demanding a refund , and my food ; they told me they could not make that decision , but the owner would call me back . ?.

Very disappointed with. They refused bathroom access to a delivery worker who came to pick up an order. Such lack of basic decency and respect is unacceptable. You guys should rethink supporting this business.

We got our food delivered so I don't know what it is like inside, but based on the food quality I will not be ordering from here again unless it's just Gyoza. So The gyoza was good. Crab Rangoon were actually not bad either. The main entrees were shredded beef szechuan with veggies. And other main dish was sesame chicken. The chicken dish also comes with a free soup. And both dishes came with "fried rice". Soo, aside from apps we ordered everything else was inedible. The beef was chewy and had tasted like salt water. My sesame chicken tasted like fish and some pieces were somehow still pink. And the soup was waaaay too salty. And lastly the fried rice somehow had no seasoning and clearly came canned veggies. All in all it was horrible. I don't have faith their other items somehow taste better so don't eat here

Service and atmosphere aren't applicable to my review as we got this abomination as delivery. There were four dishes ordered but only the gyoza was average. Everything else was terrible and will be getting their own paragraphs.First is the wonton soup. The broth was basically salt water and grease with tiny chunks of green onions. It was the second most disgusting part of the meal behind the szechuan beef. The dumpling in it was so salty and gross that it clearly must have been sitting in the stock all day.The sesame chicken was in a non descript brown sauce that tasted like seafood water. The chicken was undercooked and pink in the middle. The sesame seeds were somehow both raw and overcooked to be hard as rocks. My wife thinks it tasted like fish.Third and finally we have a double whammy. The szechuan beef was made out of some sort of chipped beef that tasted like ocean water but less salty. The szechuan sauce had no spice and was basically the same sea water brown sauce as the sesame chicken. Finally for the double whammy of the combo dishes, the "fried rice". It's white rice that may have been vaguely cooked in a skillet. There was no flavor. And the vegetables that were in it clearly came from a can. No eggs at all, no protein to speak of to enhance the flavors.

Terrible service, the order is not correct yet they keep saying it is. Pretty sure most of the 40 bucks spent went to the packaging “everything” came in. Unreal.

First time trying this place. Ordered a variety of things to try. We had delivery which was a pleasant guy, very fast. We found General Tso and Chicken broccoli very tasty. The egg rolls were not too great, very greasy and mainly plain filling. The hot sour soup very good. We also had house lomein and house rice. Both very average yet kinda bland, not the fried rice you normally get. When ordering on line you get a free choice if spending over $55 and we ordered wings but received crab rangoons. Overall the price pretty good and will try again for sure.

I order with them all the time. Today, I ordered the shashimi platter. Now, I will say every time I have ordered the fish is very fresh, but, today the fish was impeccable. the salmon was salmon belly. They take care of their clients, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. and in top of it all, even grub hub, their own staff deliver.

My Asian food of choice is Chinese, and Koi is my go-to place. Great food, friendly hosts and a warming environment, and, if you're nearby, fast FREE delivery. Online ordering is a great bonus.

We ordered take out. PuPu platter for 2. The wings looked like leftovers, I did not eat them, the chicken fingers were extremely greasy, overall it was not a good PuPu platter. I gave one star for green tea ice cream.I called to complain & was told they would refund my credit card.

The family and I love Koi! Koirala is friendly, family owned, and the food is always fantastic. We go during happy hour for great drink specials. My son loved the James Bond roll!
