So back in November, we went to Longhorn to have lunch after we’ve been doing some holiday shopping. Our experience was less than stellar. I reached out through their website to Longhorn and let them know what had gone wrong. The rice was bad the steaks weren’t right, The waitress was nice but she never came back to see if we wanted refills on our drinks. She didn’t bring my husband a spoon for his coffee so he could stir the cream in the sugar. It took a long time for her to bring us the bill and for us to get the check back after we paid the bills so we could leave. It was just a frustrating and bad experience. it was just a bad experience , and it was the first one we really had.
They sent me a gift card, asking me to come back and telling me that if I had a problem in the future, please ask for a manager. Part of the problem with the first one also was sadly the waitress was not good. She didn’t pay attention to us. It took a long time to get things done.
Our second trip was a couple of weeks ago. The waitress was very good. The food was good. I ordered the baked potato without any onion as I’m allergic to. The food came out in a timely fashion the waitress refreshed our drinks as we asked it was a much better experience. I will say the sides when they came out my potato, especially it was good, but it really wasn’t hot and that was pretty much the big thing that missed the mark can’t give you five stars because of the first experience but I will say after them trying to correct the issue we will probably go back again. I didn’t ask for a manager this time Because I just wanted to have the deal done and we were on a time crunch, so yeah, they kind of redeem themselves on the second trip. If we go again in the near future will read again and see if it’s better.
I do appreciate the fact that they tried to take care of the situation as best as they could from the first experience so we will probably go again, but as a few people have previously noted in their reviews for the amount of money that the food costs, I expect it to be a good experience so we’ll see what the next one is, but they did redeem themselves after the first trip.

Disappointing dinner, I ordered the "Flo's Fillet" with a baked potato and broccoli as sides. Bread came out first and was great. When the meal came out it contained the baked potato and broccoli, but not a fillet, instead a Ribeye. I thought this might be someone else's order, and immediately mentioned it. Turned out to be just an error, and was intended as my order. The steak and baked potato were taken back to the kitchen (on the main plate), and broccoli was left. After 4-5 minutes the baked potato came back, and I was told they are working on the correct steak in the kitchen, but are extremely busy. After another 5 minutes or so I reasoned that I should make the decision whether to eat the potato and broccoli before they get too cold, or wait and eat them cold once the steak arrives. I opted to eat them first, and after an extended time over 20 minutes the steak came out. Somewhat odd to not receive the entire meal at once, and not the experience most would expect when they are paying $70 for a dinner out.

You can’t get worse than this. Call them at 6:45 to see if there is a wait - every other restraint in town has a wait. No wait - perfect! We’re in the plaza so we will drive over and finally be able to eat. We arrive and magically there is a 35 minute wait. How does that work? Claimed that they never got that call and asked who answered the phone. How are we supposed to know? Won’t be coming again anytime soon.

Went after work to have appetizer and a drink left my hoodie there called once I was home was told it would be put in the managers office I went to get it and it’s nowhere to be found the manager has no clue about any of it so I think it’s fair to say they have thieves working there so be careful dining there they have sticky fingers. How sad and embarrassing I’ll never go back unorganized and no management.

Very 1st time ever!! Met my sister half way for lunch...cheap and so yummy....our waitress was training but she did fabulous! I love the atmosphere here....had French onion soup and a ceaser salad !!! So good, can't wait to go back

The food was great, it came quite fast not much of a wait. The only thing with the food is it can sometimes be very oversalted, so be aware of that if you order fries or chicken tenders. As for recommendations I'd say go with the renegade sirloin or a burger both great options.Otherwise very good no bad experiences there. The bathrooms and environment are kept super clean as well, though be aware it's quite cold inside so bring some outerwear!
Kid-friendliness: Very kind friendly, waiters are super sweet and there is a kids menu with a variety of options available. It includes crayons as well as activities on the menu.
