Ordered the 8 oz renegade steak and got the 6 oz asked for it to be made medium rare and it was medium well verging on well done with a loaded baked potato and fries for sides, got a normal potato and a salad next hopefully biddeford gets a texas roadhouse soon🤞staff was nice though

I was ordering curbside from here once a week or so, but when you pay $40 for a meal and app and you get home and the ribs are so tough you have to gnaw on them to get the meet off the bone, it makes it pretty easy to never go back.

So back in November, we went to Longhorn to have lunch after we’ve been doing some holiday shopping. Our experience was less than stellar. I reached out through their website to Longhorn and let them know what had gone wrong. The rice was bad the steaks weren’t right, The waitress was nice but she never came back to see if we wanted refills on our drinks. She didn’t bring my husband a spoon for his coffee so he could stir the cream in the sugar. It took a long time for her to bring us the bill and for us to get the check back after we paid the bills so we could leave. It was just a frustrating and bad experience. it was just a bad experience , and it was the first one we really had.
They sent me a gift card, asking me to come back and telling me that if I had a problem in the future, please ask for a manager. Part of the problem with the first one also was sadly the waitress was not good. She didn’t pay attention to us. It took a long time to get things done.
Our second trip was a couple of weeks ago. The waitress was very good. The food was good. I ordered the baked potato without any onion as I’m allergic to. The food came out in a timely fashion the waitress refreshed our drinks as we asked it was a much better experience. I will say the sides when they came out my potato, especially it was good, but it really wasn’t hot and that was pretty much the big thing that missed the mark can’t give you five stars because of the first experience but I will say after them trying to correct the issue we will probably go back again. I didn’t ask for a manager this time Because I just wanted to have the deal done and we were on a time crunch, so yeah, they kind of redeem themselves on the second trip. If we go again in the near future will read again and see if it’s better.
I do appreciate the fact that they tried to take care of the situation as best as they could from the first experience so we will probably go again, but as a few people have previously noted in their reviews for the amount of money that the food costs, I expect it to be a good experience so we’ll see what the next one is, but they did redeem themselves after the first trip.

Disappointing dinner, I ordered the "Flo's Fillet" with a baked potato and broccoli as sides. Bread came out first and was great. When the meal came out it contained the baked potato and broccoli, but not a fillet, instead a Ribeye. I thought this might be someone else's order, and immediately mentioned it. Turned out to be just an error, and was intended as my order. The steak and baked potato were taken back to the kitchen (on the main plate), and broccoli was left. After 4-5 minutes the baked potato came back, and I was told they are working on the correct steak in the kitchen, but are extremely busy. After another 5 minutes or so I reasoned that I should make the decision whether to eat the potato and broccoli before they get too cold, or wait and eat them cold once the steak arrives. I opted to eat them first, and after an extended time over 20 minutes the steak came out. Somewhat odd to not receive the entire meal at once, and not the experience most would expect when they are paying $70 for a dinner out.
