I understand the restaurant industry, I understand we’re low staffed. That being said, I came in for an order with another individual to get a meal to go as the drive thru was mostly full. In the lobby was people, and nobody ever came to the register. So im forced to use the screen inside to order. I ordered. I waited… and waited. I watched the drive thru get orders, and more, and more. I watched the line fill and the line leave. I watched everyone else (DD mostly, two online pre orders) get their food after waiting a long time. Before I knew it, I had waited 40 minutes after ordering to receive my food. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I am now scarred from going back because all I can think of is 40 minutes for French fries…. All I can think of is standing for 40 minutes for my food while never being addressed.

Just ordered a shake and 10 cheese burgers and i payed 39$ for it and only got 4 cheese burgers and no shake

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Ladies room sink temp is almost scalding. Too hot for children and not adjustable. Water flow and pressure is extremely high, also not adjustable, and shoots out toward you, not into the sink. Order area floor was entirely covered in water. Our order of 3 cheeseburgers took 20 minutes. Another couple had been waiting 35 minutes for their 2 sandwiches to be made correctly. The number of drive-through cars ‘parked’ and waiting for food was 5, and many others had parked and come inside with order issues. Avoid this place!

Someone mopped the floor by the register as we arrived, and left it incredibly wet. No receipt or order number provided at the kiosk.
Staff disorganized and spoke little to one another.
Inside customers largely ignored and we waited 20 minutes for four sandwiches and an orange juice.
One sandwich was WRONG and my orange juice is 99% water.
Absolutely horrible service and teamwork at this location.
Incredibly sad that we stopped there.
The only blessing is I live out of state and will never ever have to return for any reason. If I lived nearby I’d eat at the Burger King across the street.

Waited 20 minutes for our food and when we got it, it was all cold wasn’t busy at all not sure what happened but there was barley any customers inside and for take out and there was plenty of employees pretty sure fast food is supposed to be fast but the wasn’t has gone down hill would not recommend.

Dirty, slow, always a problem, cold food, wrong food, zero customer service, just an overall really really bad location and has been that way for years. I don't even write Google reviews I just have nothing to do while waiting on my 30min plus order wait time.

They don't let you pour your own drinks. This is such a hard spot for me because they used to let you do it, but now you can't I haven't been to any other McDonald's that's like this.
