My chicken noodle tasted like it was poured straight from a Campbell’s can—and not even the good kind. Portions were so small I had to double-check I wasn’t accidentally ordering off a kids’ menu.
We used to like this place, but clearly they’ve traded quality for cost-cutting. I guess you have to pay extra for the privilege of eating at Panera? D’Angelo’s gives you twice the food, actual flavor, and doesn’t leave you wondering where your money went.
Won’t make the mistake of coming back.

I've been coming pretty regularly and have noticed a tremendous change from when I first visited to now. I usually get the same thing and sometimes I'll add in something else like a salad or other side. All I can say to the current manager and team is keep up the good work. Having a consistent choice for breakfast on the way into work has made my life much easier (and more delicious!)

Stopped for lunch for the first time in almost a year. We had a very large vegetable sandwich, that was excellent. Also had a chicken & Avocado Bagel that was surprisingly big and very tasty. Avocado was fresh. Nice fireplace in the dining area. A very good option for lunch, 1/2 the price of a burger and everything was very fresh. Also took home a chocolate croissant, as good as a pastry shop !

The last 3 times I've gone in for a chocolate croissant they have been disgusting. Taste like they are 3 days old and stale. Couldn't even eat them. Won't EVER waste my time with them again. Just go downtown to a REAL bakery. The employee performance has affected the quality of their food. Stay away.

Ordered rapid pickup. Got an email and text message saying my order was ready and when I arrived at the store 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready. Staff seemed flustered and I had to ask multiple times to figure out what was going on with my order.

Dirty tables, kinda crappy service, prices were unreasonable. It cost $38 for BF and me to order two sandwiches and one bowl of soup. And two small drinks. That’s insane.
The absolute worst! Still trying to find the “meat” in our sandwiches. Panera…shame on you! Not sure why I can’t post pics with my review until I saw why when I went into photos. Most of the photos are Panera stock photos and then they insert an actual picture of an empty table in there. The stock photos are the same ones over and over again, pushing any “real customer photos” to the bottom, hoping someone won’t be willing to scroll through the same photos 647 times to see the “complaint photos.” I did see a few along the way. The place has gone so downhill over the years and now it’s just a scam. Another great chain ruined by corporate greed.

Offered a refund and not a veggie sandwich. At least the soup was good. There is no deal for getting 2 items. Won’t be coming back again. Glorified cafeteria food.

Lets start with the positive, food was warm and served quick. Girl by the register made eye contact and walk away, totally ignored us so we had to order from the pads, There was not one single clean table, all tables were disgusting, the floors were completely dirty seems like never been vacuumed before and i am not exaggerating.
