Servicng breakfast sandwiches with undercooked bacon.....tisk tisk. That is what I recieved this morning at the Biddeford location.
Raw and undercooked bacon contains parasites. This location will get people sick unless they are properly trained in food safety. It was bad enough it happened but when I asked for a new sandwich, properly cooked, I recieved pushback from the cooks!
I would encourage the franchise owner to take notice of this issue, as well corporate. As this is a liability issue for them, aside from the negative PR.

The worst Cobb salad I ever had!! I ordered it without spring mix. Apparently they are premade dispute the option to select what you want! They cherry picked the spring mix I didn’t want but never put anything in to replace it. The salad was a mess and empty! Apparently you folks don’t realize that it wasn’t free!!!What a rip off.

Amazing service and awesome food although the chips weren't the best but I guess they were free. Also the music was too loud and it was difficult to talk

I been going here for years and love it every time. Food always freash and quickly received. Staff is always friendly. The fire is always nice. I do miss rice bowl. The one in Westbrook is horrible. My hub and I wont go back there. We will go to Biddeford or Portland.

If you enjoy paying premium prices for toddler-sized portions and canned soup disguised as homemade, this is your place.
My chicken noodle tasted like it was poured straight from a Campbell’s can—and not even the good kind. Portions were so small I had to double-check I wasn’t accidentally ordering off a kids’ menu.
We used to like this place, but clearly they’ve traded quality for cost-cutting.
I guess you have to pay extra for the privilege of eating at Panera?
D’Angelo’s gives you twice the food, actual flavor, and doesn’t leave you wondering where your money went.
Won’t make the mistake of coming back.

I've been coming pretty regularly and have noticed a tremendous change from when I first visited to now. I usually get the same thing and sometimes I'll add in something else like a salad or other side. All I can say to the current manager and team is keep up the good work. Having a consistent choice for breakfast on the way into work has made my life much easier (and more delicious!)

The shift supervisor Brendan was exemplary. Made sure we were taken care of. Very rad awesome guy. Would come back again just for Brendan himself.

Stopped for lunch for the first time in almost a year. We had a very large vegetable sandwich, that was excellent. Also had a chicken & Avocado Bagel that was surprisingly big and very tasty. Avocado was fresh. Nice fireplace in the dining area. A very good option for lunch, 1/2 the price of a burger and everything was very fresh. Also took home a chocolate croissant, as good as a pastry shop !

Great experience overall. The selection was on point. Soups and salads were delicious, and so were the pastries we brought home. Panera. Has failed my expectations. It's still a solid recommendation.

The last 3 times I've gone in for a chocolate croissant they have been disgusting. Taste like they are 3 days old and stale. Couldn't even eat them. Won't EVER waste my time with them again. Just go downtown to a REAL bakery. The employee performance has affected the quality of their food. Stay away.
Ordered rapid pickup. Got an email and text message saying my order was ready and when I arrived at the store 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready. Staff seemed flustered and I had to ask multiple times to figure out what was going on with my order.
