Things happen but we placed our order in advance because we had scheduled plans. We received our order 20 after it was scheduled to be ready. I will be back and hope that this was just a one off issue.

Rover bagels are hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of bagels, including the few years I lived in Brooklyn!!!! Don’t tell them. Damn.
The texture, the flavor, I’m literally just eating an entire bagel straight out of the bag and feel like I’ve been living a lie—never knowing bagels could be THIS GOOD.
PS my iced blueberry matcha was also delightful and not sweet. It was perfect. 10000/10 will make the drive again!

I did an online order it said pick up at 10:30am. I ordered at 10:13am i arrived at 10:45 am told them I did a online order they said okay 5 minutes I didnt get my food till 11 and the staff did not care to get me out of there I did a online order and ordered ahead so I won't have to wait and yet I still had to wait that was insane the stuff was making everyone's every onced order but mine order Only reason they made it was because I told they I need a refund or or the food and they still took 5 minutes to get me my food which means they didnt even start till then

The wait is ridiculous, 20 mins for the bagels and then another 10 for coffee!! They need a better system and yes I ordered online it should be all done at once before you hand it out

This bagel company was cool in the way it was tucked into an industrial building. The coffee and bagels were so good and there was plenty of free parking.
Best bagels in southern Maine. Love the Vietnamese coffee.

First time visit. Wood fired bagels. Had to try. Got everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. Ordered on website(preferred method and easy) bagel was ready when I got there. Perfect bagel and plenty of stuff inside. Very friendly staff. Pick up only but ate in my truck in parking lot.
