First time visit. Wood fired bagels. Had to try. Got everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. Ordered on website(preferred method and easy) bagel was ready when I got there. Perfect bagel and plenty of stuff inside. Very friendly staff. Pick up only but ate in my truck in parking lot.

I’m pretty irritated right now. I ordered a bagel at 9:40 to be ready ASAP 15-20 minutes (which is what the website automatically selects) but when it went through - it changed my pick up time to 10:30 due to the wait. After 30 minutes with no text, I went to the pickup counter and was told with quite an attitude that my pickup up time was 10:30 and that I would need to wait. When I said that I selected ASAP he just shrugged his shoulders - I get that it’s Saturday morning but I don’t have time to wait for 50 minutes for a bagel.
