Absolute gem in all of Maine. Two primary lagers, Pale and Dark. They also have specialty pours. Best smash burger anywhere, prove me wrong! Staff is an absolute delight and take pride in all they touch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great food, great atmosphere! Outdoor seating was great, the schnitzel was delicious and the smash burger was top notch. Will absolutely be coming back soon.

This place has a lot of potential. Great atmosphere, beer is good, but poorly managed. Just one server for the entire brewery, resulting in very slow service. Hope they can do better!

We waited around 1.5 hours for our food, which was pretty good. The beer was good, but the long wait was clearly for everything, and some people even walked out. Also pretty pricey drinks here.

beer was great, food was tasty, taproom was really nice, but the service was subpar which unfortunately tainted my experience. not sure if it was because we had a few non-drinkers in the group and didn’t order a full meal or what, but we felt rushed out of there even with a half full beer and food still on the plate. it’s a shame considering the beer / food was great and probably would have ordered another if we hadn’t felt unwelcome.

This place is usually hit or miss and this time it’s a HUGE miss. The only thing that’s going for this restaurant is the atmosphere, if I could give service and food a zero I would.

Our tab was over $100 and the server never checked in on our table once.

We ordered the poutine and two burgers .the poutine came with the burgers. ( cold and had clearly sitting for a while)

We had to ask the server if the poutine was coming when we received the burgers.. The table that had arrived 10 minutes after we sat received their food on time and before we did and then were checked out , the server checked in multiple times with all other tables but didn’t look at our table once.

Let me start by saying, I’ve been to this location multiple times. It is USUALLY, good. I’m in the service industry, and I understand people have bad days. Okay.

We came in at 2-2:30pm on Sunday, July 27th. Greeted warmly by the bartender. Our server came and got our drink order, good start. It went downhill from there. I ordered the poutine with filet for 28 dollars. I ordered it as an appetizer, and assumed it would come out as such. A couple sat next to us after, and had their drinks and food before anything came out to us besides the beers. The couple had CASHED OUT, by the time we received food. Because it all came out at once.

The poutine came out after the burgers, and it was freezing. Filet was cold, the curds were congealed together and a brick, and the gravy was almost inedible. My girlfriend’s burger was fine, just that, fine. My burger was burnt on top of everything else.

My fiancé and I came in starving so it didn’t really matter what came out, which is why I didn’t ask for anything to be comped.

The worst part of this experience was that the server did not come to ask us how it was, ONCE. We had to flag him down for the check and even then it took 3 times to get his attention. Which leads me to believe he KNEW the food was awful. He knew he did a bad job and couldn’t own up to it at all. He slinked away and didn’t even want to face us. He greeted, and was attentive to every other table in the restaurant. Hard not to take that personally.

Whoever reads this, your bartender was good from what I saw. Your server was out of his depth and you need a new one. Idk what was going on in the galley, but he had 4-5 tables at the bottom, and no outside seating. It should’ve been instinct for him to come ask how it was. And he couldn’t care less.

The tab was over 100 dollars. Won’t be back.
