I'm sorry, the owner seems like a nice guy from interviews I've seen, but I don't get it. Second time here over the course of a year. The flour tortilla seemed to be straight out of a bag, not warmed, not put on a griddle. They were very, very bad. The "Mexican" wings were better, but... and I don't know if I missed something, but they were Korean wings?? I mean, straight up Gochujang and I think even sesame seeds? Maybe that was a special that night that came out by accident? As Korean wings at a Mexican joint they were certainly better than the tacos but nothing to return for. I can walk here and would love nothing more than an amazing taco place downt the street. Hopefully the owner was off and this was just some untrained dude back there trying his best, but tacos were a total bummer. Again.

Absolutely stellar food and service! Possibly the best carnitas nachos we've ever had. The Korean and shrimp tacos were amazing, but I could eat like 6 of the haddock. Can't recommend enough!

The food is absolutely delicious! The nachos were the best I’ve ever had - totally loaded and with homemade chips! There’s a bar in the restaurant and art by local artists for sale featured on the walls. Highly recommend!!

If you haven't been here RUN, DON'T WALK. The food was AMAZING I wouldn't expect anything different here. But the best thing was ALL employees were friendly and checked in at the table including the owner who clearly takes pride in his business. Thank you for a delicious dinner!

"Shaved steak Asada" taco was not shaved (stringy wet chunks), was not staek (inedibly gristly) and was not asada/grilled (soggy stewed beef). The tortilla was soggy, cold, and tasteless. Server was argumentative and sullen. An entirely disappointing waste of time and money. Coco's, a block away, has real Mexican food ane their prices are better too. We'll go there instead.

Was skeptical upon entering as its on a side street and it wasn’t very busy. Highly recommend the California burrito ? It was phenomenal! Would visit again when I am back in Maine!

Sublime! Sat at the bar with David as barkeep, waiter, host and busboy because things got unexpectedly busy, I suspect (Art Walk Friday) David still maintained absolute cool, while I delighted in both shrimp and fish tacos along with an exceptionally excellent margarita - all made from the freshest of fresh! looking forward for my next visit!

Got takeout from here for the family. The nachos were amazing and everyone agreed we should have ordered 2. The steak tacos were also a major hit along with the margaritas to go. The fish tacos were a bit sad and the pork was ok. I would go back any day for those margaritas and nachos.
Sublime taco is one a place we come to eat and have a few drinks 1-2 times per week. The food and staff are great! The live music on taco Tuesdays is always awesome. Drinks are always on point and my favorite part is that the owners step in when it gets busy.

Recently popped in to Sublime in the Biddo. Started with chips and salsa, oh my, so fresh and cooked to order. We decided to try the wings, sweet yet spicy, like a party in my mouth, taste buds were dancing for sure! We also tried the Rivers of Babylon Korean Beef bowl…flavors again did not disappoint. Our server was lovely and so helpful and the bartender made a perfect margarita. The owner came out from the kitchen to make sure we were happy and enjoying the food, personalized service always a plus. Great food, great atmosphere, great people!!

My husband and I have always had a great experience. The food is delicious and the owner is very friendly and personable. He checks in on you. I love the menu and the option of a vegetarian taco. The fish taco also rocks! I recommend checking this gem of biddeford out.

I love love love this place and have never been disappointed. So my bar is high, but tonight takes the cake! The taco salad with chicken was outstanding! The margaritas are fantastic. The service was outstanding and the owners are engaged and always ready to please. Sublime Taco is a hidden treasure not to be missed! Highly recommend!

I work away from home. But when I come back, I hit sublime taco and KABOOM! ALWAYS great food, always a highlight when I come home, always the best tacos! Awesome! (Ask Steve for any magic, crazy hot sauce he may have whooped up!) Love this place!
