Currently in the store. 3 employees behind the counter. I've worked in food service and customer facing jobs for years. This team is 100% on top of it. The red haired gentleman recognizes and acknowledges the regulars, even stating that the chowder she wants has what she wants, and not what she doesn't. The guy on the grill is knocking it out of the park. The woman with the green headband is so attentive and customer forward. I think this place does a lot of take out, but the in person representation is awesome.

I pass by this place a few times a day, while walking my dog. I finally stopped in a couple of weeks ago...SO GLAD I DID. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean it is, spic and span clean! The menu is huge, and I'm looking forward to trying it all! So far I have only had a couple of things, but only because the ham Italian is sooo good it's hard for me to order anything else. The only bummer is not being able to bring your dog in to order or pickup. That might be a blessing in disguise. Id find myself eating there a lot more often if I could combine my order with my dog walk. I lOVE this place

Wow! Spot on! The team rocked it tonight! My Ruben was made exactly as I requested- perfectly crispy and delicious. My haddock chowder was the best I have ever had, full of chucks of haddock and so creamy. Hats off to the team! You did a great job ! Thank you! ?

Had the super lobster roll for 40+ dollars. Unfortunately there was absolutely zero flavor. Lobster was cold and maybe not real fresh. Sorry. Out 40 bucks. Had delivery so don't know about service or atmosphere.

Been a great experience going to super sub shop. I get the large double ham and cheese super good food. I've had all there homemade meals in the cooler super good food. Liz has done Sandwich platters for two separate events that we've had. Great experience and atmosphere especially since it's been renovated. The flavored redbulls are on point and great price as well for what you get.
