This place is overcharging tax by the dollar like crazy and getting away with it. Also regardless to if they have full staff or not, the pace here is all the same, absolutely abyssmal. Seems to me like they need an extra equipment line, the equipment here is not on par, or its not cleaned properly if food is taking 20 mins to cook per order and still coming out half cold 4 times out of 5. I mean ive had stops where ive had to wait on cheese roll ups for 15 mins and the tortilla is still soggy and wet. And thats giving benefit of the doubt because theres actually been 30 min waits and even a 40 min wait once doing a doordash.

This Taco Bell is magical. The food is always amazing. The employees are always amazing. The music is consistently horrible and baffling in the very best possible way. Nowhere in this world is perfect, but this is an exceptional Taco Bell. This specific Taco Bell in Biddeford is amazing. I wish I could give 10 stars. I wish there were a way to tip the employees for excellent service without things getting weird.
