The Food I ordered matched my order and tasted as expected. Good job on that, now this. The paper that wraps your food fuses to the food. Picking plastic lined paper out of the food your chewing takes away from that classic Taco Bell flavor. A great way to compromise and bring down any food experience. When I brought it up to an Employee they said "that just happens, nothing we can do about it" So I Guess the only thing that can be done is avoiding them altogether.

Order a combo, which normally comes with a drink. Was asked what drink I wanted. Then when I arrived at the window the worker wouldn’t give me a drink without me paying extra for it. :/ disappointed

At first when I started to go there, did have a problem with one employee/assistant manager. Having a rough attitude and not acknowledging that I was standing waiting on an order, or trying to place an order. They just kept focusing all on the drive-thru only. Though the following day, I went spoke to the managers in the morning, the situation was handled. Since then, always gets greeted and asked if I need help. The store is clean. The food is prepared well and they always make sure to hand out the right order. Always having a friendly attitude!

Never been inside and always come later in the day/at night but the ingredients are the freshest of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and the workers are always nice. Also writing this review after going to the saco bell/kfc and being disappointed bc it’s not nearly as good as the Biddeford one

These are not the same 5 stars I'd give a proper restaurant in Portland, but rather, for what this is--a Taco Bell--it's a perfect example of its kind. The tacos are great, by Taco Bell standards, the service is fast by fast food standards, and the place seems clean and well organized by any reasonable standard. As far as Taco Bells go, this is a Taco Bell.
