The Food I ordered matched my order and tasted as expected. Good job on that, now this.
The paper that wraps your food fuses to the food. Picking plastic lined paper out of the food your chewing takes away from that classic Taco Bell flavor. A great way to compromise and bring down any food experience. When I brought it up to an Employee they said "that just happens, nothing we can do about it" So I Guess the only thing that can be done is avoiding them altogether.
