Literally the worst branch I ever been to. Best one is in Fort Myers, FL. Food was bland looked like they stayed from afar and throw the toppings in it, looked like nothing I’m use to getting in the south; smoothies weren’t very good (if ever near a smoothie king get their smoothies instead). Lots of giddy teenagers employees acting ridiculous inside. My gf threw her food away.

I ordered two acia bowls for pick up through Uber eats. I was quoted 10-20 mins. I arrived 30 mins after the order was supposed to be ready. Not only was my order not ready, but the kid behind the counter was throwing a huge fit. He was on the phone with his Dad, swearing and yelling. He was throwing food into bags and I saw him wipe his face with a gloved hand and then go back to prepping food. I waited 10 mins at the register and he didn’t even greet me. If there weren’t other people waiting for food I would have left immediately because of how erratic he was being. Behind the counter was a mess and he had a huge stack of tickets. I’m sure he was overwhelmed but the entire situation was beyond unprofessional, unhygienic and frankly a bit scary.
I’m hopping that Uber eats will refund the order. But I think the owner/manager should be aware of this situation as well.

They have had staffing issues but they are always very kind and I don't mind the wait it's not their fault. Never blame the ones who show up and work hard! It's convenient to my work and while more expensive, it's worth it to me.

This was THE worst and I've had a couple bad encounters with these guys, but we wait 5 minutes just to be greeted at the drive through speaker then waited another 10 to get greeted at the window. When we got to the speaker I asked for 3 buffalo chicken wrap nothing changed at all and two smoothies they not only didn't confirm the order but didn't even give us buffalo wraps. They gave us chicken ceaser wraps and the total came out to a whopping 42 freaking dollars for 5 items 3 only being food. Pricing, Service, And food didn't meet any expectations never going here again.

Not the best tropical smoothie you'll visit. staff is confused when busy. Food and smoothies didn't taste the same(we visited many many tropical smoothies on the east coast). The girl handing out the smoothies doesn't speak loudly so no one knows what she has. Definitely not a good position for her and no one else working was guiding her. Quesadillas were cut in strips instead of rectangles. Not sure who trained that guy. Same guy(kid/teen) was confused when asked about their points system. Communication skills were poor. ?♂️

We order DoorDash and had our food delivered. When food arrived and I was able to eat I took a bite of my jerk chicken wrap(which ended up being a Thai chicken wrap). I called the location and a woman Sara answered. I was just calling to let them know my wrap was not what I ordered and I got attitude by the woman when asking who was on the make line. The new GM whos name was Mikey took over and had a conversation with me. Mikey was very pleasant and apologized unlike Sara. She offered me a replacement next time I come in and again apologized. Mikey deserves praise for handling the situation accordingly and not with an attitude like Sara. Tropical Smoothie....you need more people like Mikey working at your locations and not the Sara woman with an attitude.....it's called customer service for a reason!
